The team from Hello Services who carried out my end of tenancy cleaning were very friendly, professional and highly efficient. They arrived on time and completed once everything was done and with client satisfaction. They did a fantastic job and left the house in an excellent condition, it was some real cleaning magic by Saya and her team. Cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend.

Our cleaners did a brilliant job. They worked very hard and were very friendly.

This particular job was a cooker clean and I had under estimated the state it was in so although the cooker still isn't 100%, the guy did the best he could with the equipment/products that he brought with him and the cooker is 95% cleaner than it was so am happy apart from leaving the kitchen sink blocked with the greasy water but nothing a plunger couldn't resolve.

Quick and flexible service, cleaner was friendly and good at their job. Their equipment wasn't up to the standard I expected for a professional cleaning company and this affected the quality of work slightly but the cleaner did a great job with the tools they were given and feel overall it was good value

Great service, the team were brilliant, only feedback would be to use a steam cleaner instead of a mop and bucket when cleaning hardwood/laminate floors

The cleaners were very polite and hard working. The job was very well done. The only reason I dropped 2 points was the cleaning product used on the floors left them sticky. Other than that very happy. Thank you.

Excellent cleaning from the team.

They were extremely friendly, kind and very respectful. They worked non stop and extremely thoroughly went through the house corner to corner. It's not until your left with a 100% spotless house that you truely appreciate it. Despite my best efforts I just don't have the expertise or superior cleaning products to get a result nearly as good

The team were friendly and helpful. It was a large cleaning job which was carried out to a very good standard, the team of two worked extremely hard and I was very pleased. The communication from the company was also very good.

This is the first time I have used this company and unfortunately they didn’t come on the scheduled day due to a problem with vehicle. Otherwise I would’ve given a 10! However the house cleaning was absolutely brilliant so clean in every room. The carpets had been cleaned and windows and blinds too.

Fantastic service. I used the End of Tenancy service, even though I was actually just moving in - the place was a mess and before I moved anything in, it needed a really good clean, including carpets. The standard of work was excellent, organised well and really did get in to the detail of the cleaning. Would use again and would highly recommend.

The team of three men Robbie, Temi and Teno were absolutely superb. The team were very caring and friendly. They worked non stop and did a fabulous deep clean of the house. Exceptional value for money - thank you so much and I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

The cooker was in a bad state and they made it look amazingly clean

They followed their job order well, and true to their promise of a quick but quality deep-clean of the flat. I will definitely recommend this company, and specifically Cosmina to be their cleaner.

Good service and even when they missed part of the cleaning I contacted them, they were apologetic and sent a team back a couple of days later to finish the job to the right standard.

The cleaners were very good and thorough, the bathrooms and kitchen clean were especially good.

Arrived later than I was told but they said it was a window of time. Did a good job.

Clean and sparkling house with least fuss

From the original request for a quote all the way through the booking & confirmation to the clean, you have been excellent It would have scored 10, however, the washing machine was not cleaned & was on the agreed invoice This was booked as part of our end of tenancy clean We have needed to clean the washing machine door, glass, seal & drawer ourselves

2 hardworking young men left my home spotless

I was impressed with the cleaning team. They were diligent and quick, although they missed a couple of places that I noticed later. But overall satisfied with their work. I also appreciate they came out on the same day to accommodate me. Thank you!

Both the cleaner were extremely thorough and professional. They did an excellent job and they have brought my newly purchased home to life, really happy with the service, highly recommend.

Assuming 10 is the highest. Kristos was very good at his work. He cleaned all the mess. Everything looks nice and clean now. Also, he was friendly and comfortable to talk to.

Izabel was AMAZING. Her attention to detail went above and beyond. I walked into a home that smelt lovely and fresh and was spotless. Every little awkward nook and cranny had been cleaned, my bathroom gleamed and she had even done my washing up and put my recycling out... Value for money doesn't even come close..I will definitely use them again and I have no qualms about a 1000% recommendation.

Amazing service, have just moved into a house that was empty for nearly a year, had Hello Services come and deep clean for me and what an amazing team and a thoroughly good clean. Every surface and cupboard cleaned, 2 caprets deep cleaned, scrubbed every nook and cranny, the women worked so hard. Would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. Amazing service and very easy to arrange online.
