Ingrid ls12 Fantastic service. They really went above and above and beyond. We had some nasty pet smells in our house and they got rid of all of them. Our windows were filthy and new they look brand new. Thanks again guys for all your help

I asked for a Deep clean on a 4 bedroom house. Ingrid was assigned to this clean. They did great job doing a deep clean. All the areas were cleaned as per the invoice. Happy with the result. There was a slight misunderstanding of the oven. On my half, I ordered a double oven clean thinking that they would be able to clean the oven. But needed to order a full oven clean.

Ingrid LS12, thank you for your time! Edit: Wanted to add to this now the person has gone and is no longer pressuring me to write a review, which was what they did. They didn't tell me what to write, just to give a review. A man turned up, non uniformed and without a liveried van as per the website, a subcontractor I'd guess which is fair enough. Had a domestic grade Vax to clean two small carpets, he was nice, did what he could with what he had. Off the shelf laundry products were used as apparently carpet cleaning solutions don't work, I was expecting a professional grade steam cleaning machine, which probably would have done it better. The carpets do look cleaner and landlord has agreed it will suffice for a return of deposit. So in terms of that, job is done. You get what you pay for though, as is the saying. Not overly impressed but people need to be paid for their time so I'll leave it at that and move on. Don't expect me to use this service again though.

Ingrid LS12 Cleaners - couldn't have asked for a better service. Booked for the following day. They were prompt, and got to work straight away. The house was a mess, and the tenants belongings hadn't been entirely cleared which made the job much harder, but the level of clean was fantastic and well worth the fee.

Following a renovation project we booked an End of Builders clean including our upholstery steam cleaning. Very easy booking online and loved being able to specify areas for cleaning. Miroslav (LS12) arrived ahead of schedule and conducted a walk around and confirmation of cleaning to be done before starting. 3.5 hours later and WOW!! Could not have been happier with the results. The house smelled so clean, the upholstery was back to looking as good as new and the attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommended and a big thank you to Miroslav and his team for a superb service

The cleaners turned up earlier than expected and waited for my arrival without any issues. They looked over the place and I left them to get on with the job. They were very helpful and cleaned to a high standard. 3 hours later the house looked like a show home. I was very impressed and happy with how my house looked and smelt and feel it was worth every penny. They were professional, kind and empathic. They couldn't do enough to ensure I was happy and I would definitely recommend and use again. Fantastic job ladies. Thank you so much 💖, I feel proud to show my home off.
