Ingrid LS12, thank you for your time! Edit: Wanted to add to this now the person has gone and is no longer pressuring me to write a review, which was what they did. They didn't tell me what to write, just to give a review. A man turned up, non uniformed and without a liveried van as per the website, a subcontractor I'd guess which is fair enough. Had a domestic grade Vax to clean two small carpets, he was nice, did what he could with what he had. Off the shelf laundry products were used as apparently carpet cleaning solutions don't work, I was expecting a professional grade steam cleaning machine, which probably would have done it better. The carpets do look cleaner and landlord has agreed it will suffice for a return of deposit. So in terms of that, job is done. You get what you pay for though, as is the saying. Not overly impressed but people need to be paid for their time so I'll leave it at that and move on. Don't expect me to use this service again though.

JK and his assistant on time spent 4 hours cleaning the one bedroom flat excellent job the bathroom sparkled and the well used oven in the kitchen was gleaming like new. The wooden floor was left shining and the overall standard of the cleaning excellent. All very welcome at an otherwise stressful time. Many thanks.

I paid Hello cleaners for an end of tenancy deep clean. Vlasta came to clean the house I was leaving, she made it sparkling clean, also she perfectly cleaned all the appliances including fridge/freezer and oven, with whom particularly she worked miracles! After she left the house smelled so good and fresh! She really has a nice touch! She was also very kind and friendly with us. She really is a star and I am very grateful to her for all the hard work she did!
