Really good company . Came out and let themselves in to clean with minimum fuss as I couldn't get the day off work. Did a great job of the bedroom,bathroom and the carpet . My only criticism is you quoted to dust bedframe but when I checked underneath mattress it was still dusty . I also checked the skirting behind headboard and bedside cabinet and that had been missed too. However I'm not sure if under the mattress and behind the headboard is included. I would have pulled the mattress off and pulled the bed out if I had known so you could have got to it . Not to worry I ran the hoover behind it quick enough. Still very happy as it saved me a lot of hassle just before Christmas. Thank you

I asked for a Deep clean on a 4 bedroom house. Ingrid was assigned to this clean. They did great job doing a deep clean. All the areas were cleaned as per the invoice. Happy with the result. There was a slight misunderstanding of the oven. On my half, I ordered a double oven clean thinking that they would be able to clean the oven. But needed to order a full oven clean.

Great service by Ingrid from LS12! What I really appreciate from the service is that professional carpet cleaning can be included. Other cleaning services will outsource this.

Just had Hello Cleaning round to do a deep clean of my four bed house. They were punctually, friendly and did a fantastic job! Would definitely recommend them and have already shared their details with a colleague who is moving house shortly.

Ingrid LS12, thank you for your time! Edit: Wanted to add to this now the person has gone and is no longer pressuring me to write a review, which was what they did. They didn't tell me what to write, just to give a review. A man turned up, non uniformed and without a liveried van as per the website, a subcontractor I'd guess which is fair enough. Had a domestic grade Vax to clean two small carpets, he was nice, did what he could with what he had. Off the shelf laundry products were used as apparently carpet cleaning solutions don't work, I was expecting a professional grade steam cleaning machine, which probably would have done it better. The carpets do look cleaner and landlord has agreed it will suffice for a return of deposit. So in terms of that, job is done. You get what you pay for though, as is the saying. Not overly impressed but people need to be paid for their time so I'll leave it at that and move on. Don't expect me to use this service again though.

I requested Hello Services to clean a large range stove/hob and extractor fan, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. They were able to come and clean everything within 24 hours and meant that we could move into our new rental with freshly cleaned appliances. So grateful for the team to be able to come at short notice for very reasonable price and they were all very lovely and friendly on top. Couldn't have asked for more, thank you.

This was a fantastic service and worth every single penny. The crew that came to clean were managed well, knew exactly what they were doing and performed miracles. I had just rented a flat and the state of it was abysmal. The crew performed miracles and the place looked completely different afterwards. Ingrid LS12 Cleaners - couldn't have asked for a better service. Booked for the following day. They were prompt, and got to work straight away. The house was a mess, and the tenants belongings hadn't been entirely cleared which made the job much harder, but the level of clean was fantastic and well worth the fee.

Following a renovation project we booked an End of Builders clean including our upholstery steam cleaning. Very easy booking online and loved being able to specify areas for cleaning. Miroslav (LS12) arrived ahead of schedule and conducted a walk around and confirmation of cleaning to be done before starting. 3.5 hours later and WOW!! Could not have been happier with the results. The house smelled so clean, the upholstery was back to looking as good as new and the attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommended and a big thank you to Miroslav and his team for a superb service

The cleaner was great and much cheaper than other quotes I received they did an excellent job. The website and main office is clunky and I was provided mixed messages about payment which made me question the validity of the site.

It was very easy to select the service I required and to book it online. The cleaners arrived on time and the job was completed promptly. I am very happy with the standard of clean.

The cleaners turned up earlier than expected and waited for my arrival without any issues. They looked over the place and I left them to get on with the job. They were very helpful and cleaned to a high standard. 3 hours later the house looked like a show home. I was very impressed and happy with how my house looked and smelt and feel it was worth every penny. They were professional, kind and empathic. JK and his assistant on time spent 4 hours cleaning the one bedroom flat excellent job the bathroom sparkled and the well used oven in the kitchen was gleaming like new. I paid Hello cleaners for an end of tenancy deep clean. Vlasta came to clean the house I was leaving, she made it sparkling clean, also she perfectly cleaned all the appliances including fridge/freezer and oven, with whom particularly she worked miracles! After she left the house smelled so good and fresh! She really has a nice touch! She was also very kind and friendly with us. She really is a star and I am very grateful to her for all the hard work she did!
