Used Hello Services for an end of tenancy clean yesterday. I found it easy to get a quote and to book. Adriana and her team from Birmingham were fantastic and extremely professional. Prompt arrival, superb deep clean and excellent communication. Highly recommend.

Had a huge deep clean of a new house and it's so spotless I can't believe it. Adriana did an amazing thorough job, didn't leave anything even slightly dusty. I had two members of Hello Services who did my end of tenancy cleaning in Birmingham. The service was fantastic and very quick. The communicated well with me beforehand to arrange the timing of the cleaning and overall it was a great service which took off a lot of stress from the house move. Thank you again and will definitely use the service in the future!

4 ladies arrived to complete a deep clean. Although, an hour late, they did an awesome job. Very friendly and thorough. Very pleased and would recommend Birmingham

Constantin and his team of ladies from “Hello Services”, completed an “end of tenancy” clean for us today in Hylton Road Worcester. I cannot recommend highly enough this team and the company as well, their attention to detail was exceptional, and they completed it to a much higher quality level than I thought they could ever achieve, after 4 years of a lot of furniture not being moved. A few nasty wine stains, and discolouration between where the sofas were, rugs down, all miraculously disappeared 😊. …. The price for cleaning a 3 bedroom house was well worth it … it would have taken me days to get nowhere near their quality … real professionals. The landlord is happy as well, as he has only a little bit if painting to do, and doesn’t have to worry about the cleaning. Thanks again Constantin, and thank your ladies as well 👍👍

I booked for a house deep cleaning job with Hello. They called on the day to say the cleaner was ill. Postponed to 3 days later, no one turned up and when I called, it seemed the cleaner was still ill. I was starting to get really annoyed and thought I would be doing a very bad review. But after the job was done, I cannot but give full 5 stars for the team which did it. Constantin, his wife Adriana and their team did a marvellous job! So if you live in West Midlands and this team (from Oldbury) is assigned to your job, I am sure will get your money's worth... or even more. Totally recommended!

Adriana visited my house for an end of tenancy clean. I honestly couldn’t be happier. The services, outcomes, quality and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. Topped off with the fact Adriana was very friendly and communicative. Would recommend and will use again.

I had Tina and Jannette from JA Cleaning in Coventry and they did a fantastic job. They let me know when the previous appointment was running late and when they'd arrive, their time frame for how long it would take was accurate, they showed me which parts they weren't able to do on account of things like the floor being too old and even did parts I wasn't expecting like the boiler cupboard. They were friendly and professional and the place looks almost completely different, I would definitely recommend them.

Tina our cleaner drove all the way from birmingham to cambridge -her partner phoned in sick so she did all the work herself -fantastic lady so kind and very thoughtful - thank you so much for your help and work Fantastc !!!! Mike and Sarah
