Jose and his helper (sorry not know her name but needs to be mentioned), did a marvellous end of tenancy for me. Everything was sparkling clean and can’t praise them enough.

I booked an end of tenancy clean and was really pleased with the service. Sardar was very lovely, helpful, and did his best to accommodate everything I needed. The team did a great job – by the end of it, everything was clean, tidy, and ready for handover. Would happily recommend!

Easy to book this service and lovely chaps who turned up. A few bits missed behind the bath and in the cupboards but nothing to complain about. Lovely job in the main areas e.g. oven, carpets, windows. Would use again at the next end of tenancy. This was a two bedroom house in Aldershot.

Very easy to book an end of tenancy cleaning online. Nicole and Marius did a very good job of cleaning and also the deep cleaning of the carpets. Very good services. Would recommend.

I arranged an end of tenancy clean very last minute this week (called on Saturday to arrange for Monday) and Hello Services were able to accommodate my request easily. The customer service team were great and answered all of my calls and emails very swiftly. The cleaners (Faradium and his colleague) were amazing. Although they arrived slightly later than arranged, they called me in good time to make me aware that they were running late, and still managed to do an excellent job in the allocated time. They listened to all my requests and carried everything out exceptionally. They were also very friendly and respectful of the property. I am very impressed with the service from Hello Services and will definitely be using them again in the future!

I definitely recommend this company and will use Hello Services again in the future. Getting a quote is very easy in the website and they were very flexible in arranging a date for performing the services. In my case, the agency was picky in finding issues after an end of tenancy cleaning, but it was so easy to contact Hello Services for a re-cleaning. They were really friendly, available and flexible. No excuses or getting defensive. After my contact, they immediately engaged with the agency, went there and addressed all the pointed issues successfully. I booked an end of tenancy clean with this company and they were fantastic. When Vicki arrived there was a bit of a disaster as typically there was no water! It had been turned off due to the property being vacant. She was extremely flexible and understanding and came back a few days later. She did a wonderful and thorough job, she was very friendly and responsive and I would have no hesitation in recommending her in the future.
