This is the second deep clean by Hello Services & ZA Cleaning Team, and they did not disappoint. Cleaning was to a very high and excellent standard and the cleaning team were super proactive. The carpeted stairs and rugs were professionally cleaned and look fantastic. I would highly recommend this cleaning service and the cleaning team gave a service that was above and beyond. Five stars all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The time slot I was given was 12 - 200pm, the cleaners arrived and started at 1230pm but did not finish until 730pm, which I was not expecting. Saying that the house was immaculate, not one part had been missed and although it took a lot longer than I expected it was worth it and worth every penny

This is the second time i have used the end of tenancy cleaning..during both occasions I had a wonderful experience. The team is very skilled and they do a fantatstic job. This time it was Neesh who did the cleaning. And I must admit Neesh and his partner did a superb job. I am very pleased with the outcome. Definitely recommend their services. Also, I must point out that Hello Services are very flexible. They are quick to respond and are willing to make any amendments in the tasks, dates and any queries you might have. Efficient online booking. Two polite, concientious and hard working guys spent 6 hours cleaning my elderly mothers house. End result was excellent. Highly recommend.

We are moving home and needed a deep clean to get ready for selling. Team Yamba were punctual, polite and did an absolutely amazing job. May have to get them back to do some cleaning in our new home!

Office staff were really speedy at responding to emails - I easily added on a couch steam cleaning with no fuss at all. Team Yamba arrived exactly on time and listened carefully to the complexities of the cleaning service required in my new flat. Did a great job and really made it feel like home, would definitely recommend.

The team who came to Elcho Terrace were fantastic. They did such a thorough clean tgat the letting agent described it as ‘spotless’. Thank you. I will however be emailing you about the post building work clean at Seaview Terrace.

We had an end of tenancy cleaning from Hello Services for our flat. Team Yamba did an outstanding job. They arrived on time and were very friendly. They took slightly longer than anticipated but I would much rather they took however long they needed and do a great job, and a great job they did! Everywhere is spotless. I was incredibly impress with how clean the oven was. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend them.

Zaher was professional at his job, but can sometimes be forgetful. As a result, Hello Services arranged a second visit to make up for the disappointment. Now, my oven is shiny and my washing machine is fresh. Not a bad service imo.

Saleem, Jerry, and Michael did an amazing job for my end of Tenancy Cleaning at my property in Edinburgh. They are arrived on time with a smile, and were very punctual. The three of them, did a meticulous job giving high attention to details, especially for appliances, and carpets. When cleaning was done, I addressed few minor missed corners, and they were very pleased to re-clean it. I highly recommend this company.

Apart from the cleaners being given the wrong time to arrive, the process went well. The cleaners were thorough in their coverage of each room so that on completion there was no doubt that all aspects had been covered.

The 2 men were only here for approximately 50 minutes. I am extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning. I really thought some stains were there for ever, but it looks great now and I don’t need to buy a new one. The windows all round are sparkling. Zack was very helpful and explained what had been done. I would use them again. Thank you

The service is excellent. Booking the service is very easy, payment options are feasible. The cleaning service is actually very good. The guys know a lot of stuff about each appliance and each room and how to clean it. Prices are very affordable. Just book the service, sit back and relax. Your job will be done and you'll be happy.

So Impressive! The place was perfect and spot less. We went for a full deep clean of the flat we were renting. The carpet, mattress, bathroom, and kitchen everything was just perfect. We are so pleased with hello services. The cleaners did a fantastic job!

Two friendly and extremely hard-working young men did a fantastic job on my parents house this morning in Edinburgh. My father has alzheimers and had to be in the house which was no trouble to them . Would recommend and definitely use Hello Services again.

After an initial miscommunication with the cleaner and difficulties with the office, I was delighted with the results of my deep clean and would highly recommend the cleaner who did an amazing job with my fathers house which was very dirty after his passing. I can’t recall his name but he told me he covers Edinburgh & Glasgow for the company so would recommend him alone. Willing to forget the contact throughout the day with the main office though . Unlike the cleaner who was excellent they really need to brush up on their personal skills when dealing with customers

We had a full rewire carried out in our flat so inevitably, everything was covered in dust and grit. We also had guests coming to stay with us very soon after the rewiring so we used Hello Services to carry out an after builders clean. The MD Scotland team who came to do the cleaning did a fantastic job. They were extremely thorough and dusted and cleaned all surfaces, including my bike which was stored in the box room which wasn't even particularly clean to begin with. It was definitely money well spent and we could relax in our flat again without being covered in dust! We would definitely hire the MD Scotland team again for any other deep cleaning jobs.

The best service and time schedule! Book to cleaned in less than 24H! We had a 2 weeks waiting list to be able to be back at the property after remodeling thanks to another company, we booked and we received an accurate and fair cost within hours. The cleaning service was great and the team was very helpful and professional! Thanks!

MD Team Scotland did a great job on my flat. I’m moving out soon and the whole place was a mess, they did a great job in really good time, I can’t recommend them enough!

MD team Scotland have just done an amazing and house changing clean. I had no hope for my house as it was grubby and looked full. All my doors and everything else looks amazing could not recommend more. Very friendly and hard working staff. 100% would use again
