Very well and thoroughly cleaned, on time and in constant communication. As I don’t live in the property that was being cleaned, communication about keys and pick ups was essential. Very satisfied.

Brilliant. This flat had corners that cannot have been cleaned for nearly forty years. Dust and grim everywhere. What a miracle; Charles and Theodora did even more than was expected and the flat looked wonderful by the time they left. I have never had cleaners before and would recommend them with no hesitation. I was very lucky.

Communication and payment was super easy. Cleaners turned up early and stayed an extra half hour. Cleaners very friendly. The kitchen was spotless - never seen an oven so clean and able to get marks off inside the cupboards. Went into the property next day and had to wipe a few skirting boards and walls around the light switch - but overall very good experience. Would recommend and use again.

I hired Hello services for an end of tenancy cleaning. I was a bit concerned that they wouldn’t show because of what I’ve read on reviews. Now I’m glad I gave them an opportunity, they were friendly and flexible with timing. They replied to my questions in timely manner. Tutu and Alicia did a very good job, they are very professional. They gave me advise on products and tips to clean, I should have hired them earlier! I liked that the price quoted was final and that they didn’t charge for the cleaning products or materials. No surprises or extra charges.
