The company was responsive from the start and very easy to deal with. The actual clean was carried out by Mike and his team, based in the west country. They carried out an end of tenancy clean on my elderly in laws flat and the place was left squeaky clean. They were courteous, friendly and thorough in their approach and if you are lucky enough to live in their area, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. They had a very challenging clean of a very dirty property. It included carpet cleaning and curtain steaming. The outcome was that the property is now fit for habitation, it is clean, bathrooms are sparkling and kitchen including all appliances are like new. Thank you so much. I would recommend to anyone who needs their property cleaning professionally.

I am more than impressed with the deep clean move-in service I recieved from Bobby and team. They arrived early, worked so hard all day, did a really thorough clean and exceeded my expectations, which made our moving in experience even better! Bobby and co. We were looking for a post building work deep clean and dust of our house. Hello Services were easy and straightforward to get quote from, book and to deal with throughout. I wasn’t home during their visit and on getting back, I wasn’t completely satisfied with some of the initial cleaning of some of our awkward flooring. Hello Services sent a team to redo the problem areas free of charge. Very happy customer, great value for money service.

Hannah and Charlotte were amazing! They gave my elderly mum’s house a deep clean. Polite and very pleasant, they both worked so hard for 4 hours, would not stop for a drink or chat and left the house so very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Where I was apologising for the state of this and that, they said that I wasn’t to worry and that they would deal with it. And they did! I am so glad that I engaged Hello Services and that I got these two girls allocated to clean for me. If you live in the Swansea area and need the services of professional cleaners, use Hello Services. Hopefully, Hannah and Charlotte will come to you too.

I used Hello Services in Kent for an After Builders Clean. The two people who came to clean were prompt, even in heavy snow, they communicated well, took in everything I asked them to do, gave me a clear time estimate and kept to it, and did a really thorough, impressive, detailed job. I was very grateful and think highly of them. Really feels like I have my house back after all the work and the mess. Thank you.

Having to deal with my Mother in laws flat from 250 miles away was always going to be difficult, but Hallo provided an excellent service keeping me informed almost daily, I bam unable to comment on the quality of the work as I am too far removed but a relative has indicated an excellent job the flat looking immaculate.

I used hello services today for my daughters, rented apartment she has just moved into. The couple that cleaned it did a fantastic job. Absolutely fantastic. Deep cleaned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat with ovens microwave all white goods and carpets. Nothing was left untouched and it made our move so much easier. Also lovely to deal with couldn't recommend more. Thank you again for everything
