What a fantastic job the staff at Hello Cleaners did on our End of Tenancy Clean. We were slightly concerned that the clean wouldn’t be to a high standard, but after the job was completed we can honestly say that our concern was unwarranted. The whole place was absolutely cleaned to the last detail as they say “ they did what it says on the tin”. The staff were very thorough and professional nothing left undone, we are so happy with the results and how easy the booking process was. KINGA AND MAGDA WERE AMAZING! Friendly, on time and did an amazing job. My flat smelt great! I also like the booking interface - very user-friendly, and so were the staff on the phone, etc when I made changes with IZABELLE. This is my first time ever to work with professional cleaners. 3 cleaners turned up and took just over 4 hours to clean a 5 year end of tenancy 3 bed property with carpets and oven done. They did a good job and I was very satisfied with the results. Only criticism is that the oven hob pan support stands were still quite greasy/dirty, otherwise I would have given 10/10.

Izabel and her assistant came to clean our Southampton flat last Saturday prior to our new tenant moving in. She was punctual, professional and extremely efficient, and deep cleaned everywhere to an extremely high standard. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Izabel!

Izabell and her team did an excellent job cleaning my flat ready to go up for sale. She even threw away rubbish I had left in the flat, and cleaned the shower door 3 times to get rid of the old soap scum and limescale. Very affordable for a full deep clean, including white goods, oven, and carpets. Thanks so much!
