Couldn't recommend more. I had two other cleaning companies cancel last minute on me and needed a same day job. Spoke to Michael on the phone after a quick callback from my online enquiry and he was very helpful setting up a booking later that afternoon. Nader and his colleague Kalita arrived at the agreed time, came well-equipped and did an end of tenancy job in good time. I appreciated the text reminders which assured me the job was confirmed and going ahead. Standard was professional and delivery respectful, friendly and efficient. Result was cleaner & shinier than when I first moved in! So grateful for these guys.

Hired Hello Services cleaners to complete an end of tenancy deep clean of a rental house after the tenants had left the house very dirty. They worked very hard and completed the clean to a high standard.

The team were so lovely and super helpful. They cleaned the flat within an inch of its life for an end of tenancy clean and I'll be surprised if our management agency can find a single thing to complain about!

Very pleased with the work done by the two men that came (sorry I didn’t get their names). When they were running late due to bad traffic in the M25 they called to advise me. Once they arrived they started work immediately on an end of tenancy clean of my 2 bed flat. I didn’t stay and they left the keys as agreed after they had finished, and called me to say they’d finished. When I visited a few days later, I was very pleased with the standard of work and the cleanliness of the flat. The oven was spotless too. The kitchen and bathrooms were in need of the most work but they now look ready enough for me to rent the flat out to new tenants. A great result - many thanks guys.

Booked for an end of tenancy clean. Vlasta and her colleague did a fantastic job in record time! The job for a 1 bedroom flat including carpet clean took just 2 hours, but she did not skimp on quality of cleaning. The flat was left in great condition (skirting, oven, cupboards etc all cleaned to high standard) with the carpet looking almost new. They even moved large furniture to clean underneath. Both Vlasta and her colleague were very professional and friendly. I hadn't moved all my belongings out when they arrived but this was not an issue for them. Very polite and appreciate them still working during the pandemic. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to pay to rearrange the booking. First I was told it would be £50 to rearrange less than 24 hours before, but this reduced £25 when I mentioned that in the confirmation email it does not mention anything about amending a booking, only cancelling a booking? (It would be not be an issue to charge for amendments but this should be made clear when booking!) Otherwise a great service and easy to book.
