Both the office team and the Gloucester cleaning team has been brilliant. The office team has been very responsive and booked us in for the next day. Hello Services did my end of tenancy clean in Cheltenham this past week (May 2025). Extremely happy with everything. The booking process is simple (literally pick and choose things, add them to your cart, get a quote, and adjust from there as you need). The cleaners arrived on time and were all pleasant and friendly. They were extremely flexible and understanding with having to move their vehicle for my neighbours (I live in a weird area, it's impossible not to block someone in at any given time). The house looked spectacular, and they reiterated that if anything wasn't right they'd redo it or come back and redo it if the inspection said otherwise. Excellent experience all around.
