Mr Sardar and his colleague did a fantastic job at cleaning my studio flat at the end of my tenancy. They completed the job at the time they specified they would and it is to an extremely high standard. I'm very impressed with the job and I can now hand back my keys in full confidence that the property is clean and tidy. I hope I'm able to hire them again in the future. Both Mr Sardar and his colleague are friendly and professional, they arrived well equipped and ready for the job at hand. Thank you both for your excellent work

Loredana came to my 3 bed 2 bath property in Berkshire today with her colleague for end of tenancy deep clean. She was prompt, arriving early, fully equipped with all she required to complete the job. She was really lovely, professional and worked meticulously and thoroughly. They both did a great job and asked me to check everything and addressed any things immediately ensuring that I was happy with the job before leaving and taking payment. They stuck to the agreed quote and did not add any additional costs as I have seen other companies do. The company kept me updated and responded to any queries in a reasonable time frame. I feel confident that if there were any issues both Loredana and Hello would have dealt with them professionally and promptly. Thank you 🙏

I booked a post builder clean 2 days in advance and found the booking process with hello services really easy. I was a little concerned about the quality of the cleaners from reading some of the reviews, and I didn't know how many people were going to turn up or how long it would take. But it was all fine when Nicole and Marius and another lady turned up. They called in advance to there was bad trafiic but they were only 10 mins late. We waljed round the house and talked about ehat needed to be done and then they got working. It was a hot day and they only stopped for 2 breaks over the 4 hours they were here (4 bed house). What impressed me was that they asked to show me certain things that had not been done properly by the builders (chipped paint, not painted properly etc). They take care and pride in what they do. Thank you to them. My only complaint I'd have about Hello services is they offer external window cleaning but they do not have ladders or long poles to clean upper floor windows. This is misleading. They can only clean the windows they have access too it can reach.
