The service, locally
Long distance moves from Isle of Dogs E14
Long distance removals from Isle of Dogs start where every honest quote starts — how long the load takes in E14, and how many road miles sit between here and the new address. The sum is £65 per hour of crew time plus £1.50 per road mile, with an hour loading and an hour unloading included as the baseline. A booked goods lift keeps the hours predictable, provided the slot is confirmed — an unbooked lift is how a two-hour load becomes four. It is the same formula in Tower Hamlets as it is everywhere else we work — the only thing that changes is your address and your mileage.

How it works
Three steps and a price that holds
Send both postcodes and the Isle of Dogs home size
Where you are leaving in Isle of Dogs, where you are going, how many bedrooms and the floor you are on. That is the whole input — the formula does the rest.
See the sum, not just a total
We send the crew hours, the real road miles via M1, M4 and the M25, and the two multiplications that produce your fixed price. If you disagree with an input, we change the input, not the price.
One crew loads, drives and unloads
Booked goods lift and loading bay, trolleyed to the tail lift. The same team that empties your Isle of Dogs home carries it into the new one — no depot transfer, no shared load, no re-quote on the day.
Why us
Why Isle of Dogs moves with us over the long haul
The formula is published, not negotiated
£65 an hour of crew time plus £1.50 a road mile, printed on the page before you speak to anyone. Two people moving the same load out of Isle of Dogs on the same day pay the same price.
Mileage is measured, not estimated
We price the road distance the lorry actually drives, not a straight line on a map. Isle of Dogs to Manchester is 200 road miles and is charged as 200 — a 2-bed at £560, fixed.
One crew, one vehicle, door to door
Your load is never consolidated with another household's or dropped at a depot overnight. That is why our long-distance dates hold and our damage rate stays where it is.
Goods lift and bay slots in Isle of Dogs blocks
Managed blocks want the lift booked and the bay reserved, usually with 48 hours' notice. Tell us the building at quote stage and we work to the slot, so the crew hours you are charged are the hours you were quoted.

Reviews from Google
3.9 ★ from 1,407 Google reviewsHello services came to clean out our apartment that we vacated on Monday 2nd February 2026. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure that the place was completely spotless and ready for the next resident. I’m really happy with their service and would very much recommend them. Their prices are also brilliant as well, very affordable, no hidden costs and more than fair and reasonable for the amazing service they provide. Very happy and thank you hello services, I’ll definitely be using them again. See before and after photos for reference.
The cleaners Constantin and arrived in time and never stopped until the work was completed to the best of their ability. I would recommend a more upgraded carpet cleaner as I was hoping for a hot steam cleaner to penetrate areas or heavy foot traffic on the carpet. They never gave up until the look was more space saving. I can now access the office area to study My degree coursework at home. All rubbish accumulated was also kindly removed.
Hello Services did a fantastic job in my bungalow. The windows sparkle inside, there are no fingerprints anywhere and my lounge carpet looks new. Even my garage, which was full of cobwebs, is clean enough to eat in. I would totally recommend them. Lovely people, excellent workers.
