KT19 - Fantastic service, flat was left as when we moved in. A bulb fitting was accidentally broken and they were quick to resolve the issue and were professional about the whole thing.
The staff were very friendly and efficient. At first glance the cleaning was very good, especially fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine however the skirting and floor still had a few dirty marks on which I rubbed off myself. There was also some marks/dirt still left in the kitchen sink and taps.
