House & Residential Clearance across Buckinghamshire

Most Buckinghamshire clearances we attend are a family clearing an Aylesbury bungalow after a bereavement, a landlord turning round a Milton Keynes flat before the next tenancy, or a High Wycombe loft that has to be empty before completion.

Why Buckinghamshire customers book us

Fixed from photographs, not from the doorstep

Send photos of each room, loft and garage and we price the whole job in writing. Nobody arrives, looks around and revises the figure upwards.

We do the lifting, including the loft and the garage

Nothing needs to be brought downstairs or out to the drive first. That is the part most people are dreading and it is included.

Licensed disposal with a transfer note

Upper-tier waste carrier registration, and a duty-of-care transfer note issued for every load — the document that protects you if waste is later fly-tipped.

No permit or booked HWRC slot needed on your side

Buckinghamshire Council and Milton Keynes City Council each run their own booked HWRC and permit rules for residents; a licensed clearance takes your load to a licensed commercial transfer station instead, bypassing both.

This was my second job for Hello services and I was delighted to have Adam and Sultan back again. I had furniture assembly and clearance work to be done, and again it was done very professionally to a very high standard, and with absolute politeness at all times. They did an excellent job yet again… Read in full →

House Clearance in Buckinghamshire

Buckinghamshire's household waste recycling centres are split between two separate systems, and they must never be treated as one. Buckinghamshire Council runs its own booking rules across its 25 towns, including Burnham despite its SL postcode, while Milton Keynes City Council runs a wholly separate scheme for Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Newport Pagnell, Olney and Woburn Sands. Both restrict HWRC use to residents disposing of their own household waste — they are not set up to take a licensed clearance company's collected load, which instead goes to a licensed commercial waste transfer station under our own carrier registration.

Access at the property varies just as much by geography. High Wycombe and Aylesbury's older terraces need careful staging on narrow streets; the Chiltern towns — Chesham, Great Missenden, Stokenchurch — add steep, narrow lane approaches a large vehicle has to be sized for; and Milton Keynes' grid-road estates and parking courts mean the carry from vehicle to door is often longer than the house itself suggests. We plan the vehicle and the route to the actual address rather than a generic county assumption.

Buckinghamshire questions

House Clearance in Buckinghamshire — your questions.

  • How much does a house clearance cost in Buckinghamshire?

It is priced by volume, so a part-clearance sits on the van-load scale and a whole property is a fixed figure set from photographs or a short survey.

  • Do I need a council permit for a clearance?

No — that requirement applies to residents taking their own waste to a Buckinghamshire Council or Milton Keynes City Council HWRC. A licensed clearance company disposes of collected waste at a licensed commercial transfer station under its own registration and issues you a transfer note instead.

  • Is Burnham covered by Buckinghamshire Council or Slough's rules?

Buckinghamshire Council. Burnham is a Buckinghamshire parish despite its SL postcode, and we work to Buckinghamshire Council's rules for any clearance there.

  • Can you work to a completion or probate deadline?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do across Buckinghamshire. Tell us the date at booking and we schedule to it, including weekend clearances where a Monday completion is at stake.

  • Do I need to be there?

No. Many probate and landlord clearances are done with key access, photographs sent through as the work progresses, and the transfer note emailed afterwards.

  • What happens to items that are still usable?

Furniture, white goods and household items in serviceable condition are routed to reuse and charity partners first. Anything you want kept is set aside and labelled before clearing starts.
