Domestic prices are the total you pay; landlord, agent, block manager and probate invoices are plus VAT. Dismantling, the carry down stairs or through a lift lobby, and the waste transfer note are all included. Where a bay suspension, permit, ULEZ or Congestion Charge applies it is itemised in the written quote.
