Domestic prices are the total you pay, with equipment, water and solution brought by the technician. Landlord, agent, HMO and student-accommodation invoices are plus VAT at 20%. Multi-mattress visits are discounted per unit after the first. Where a permit, bay suspension, ULEZ or the Congestion Charge applies it is itemised in the written quote before the visit is booked.
