The service, locally
After builders cleaning in Raynes Park SW20
Raynes Park's side returns and rear extensions leave the same four problems every time — track grit in the new bifolds, plaster dust in the old rooms, mortar splash on the patio and haze on the new floor around Raynes Park (South Western) — and this being a short walk from Raynes Park (South Western), with Cottenham Park a few streets away.
Most Raynes Park bookings follow a rear extension, side return or loft conversion in this 51% flats neighbourhood — and 3,570 households on this patch, with 35% of SW20 homes being privately rented, which means the dust has travelled through the whole house rather than sitting in one room.
Typical works here: rear extensions, side returns and loft conversions. Access and parking: Driveways on most roads; the level crossing and station parade congest at peak.

How the project runs
A builders clean in Raynes Park from programme to sign-off
- Tell us the works, not just the bedroomsA single kitchen refit, a rear extension, a loft, a whole-house refurb or a new-build handover are different jobs.
- Get a fixed price and a slot in your programmeThe estimate is fixed against the works, the dust level and any add-ons.
- Stage 1 while the last trades finish, if you need itContractors usually book a rough clean so the site stays workable: debris and sheeting out, floors HEPA-vacuumed, labels off, everything safe for second fix and snagging.
- Stage 2 — the full post-construction clean, top downOnce the site is clear, a DBS-checked team works ceiling to floor with HEPA extraction: high dusting, ledges, joinery, glass, sanitaryware, appliances, then floors last — twice over, because fine dust falls again.

Good service and good communication from the cleaners and HQ. Nicole and Marius were polite and friendly and did a really good job.
They were very communicative about when they were arriving and when they were finishing. Did a great job of cleaning everything thoroughly, cost effective and were friendly. I would note that there was little consideration for covid protective measures - no masks, no distancing and hand shakes.
