The service, locally
Long distance moves from Leytonstone E11
Leaving Leytonstone for another part of the country is a long distance move, and it should be priced like one: a published sum rather than a phone call and a hunch. The sum is £65 per hour of crew time plus £1.50 per road mile, with an hour loading and an hour unloading included as the baseline. Stairs are the single biggest driver of crew hours on a long-distance job — a third-floor walk-up can add two billed hours before a wheel turns. It is the same formula in Waltham Forest as it is everywhere else we work — the only thing that changes is your address and your mileage.

How it works
Three steps and a price that holds
Send both postcodes and the Leytonstone home size
Where you are leaving in Leytonstone, where you are going, how many bedrooms and the floor you are on. That is the whole input — the formula does the rest.
See the sum, not just a total
We send the crew hours, the real road miles via A1(M) and M1, and the two multiplications that produce your fixed price. If you disagree with an input, we change the input, not the price.
One crew loads, drives and unloads
Communal stairs carried by hand before the lorry leaves London. The same team that empties your Leytonstone home carries it into the new one — no depot transfer, no shared load, no re-quote on the day.
Why us
Why Leytonstone moves with us over the long haul
The formula is published, not negotiated
£65 an hour of crew time plus £1.50 a road mile, printed on the page before you speak to anyone. Two people moving the same load out of Leytonstone on the same day pay the same price.
Mileage is measured, not estimated
We price the road distance the lorry actually drives, not a straight line on a map. Leytonstone to Manchester is 200 road miles and is charged as 200 — a 2-bed at £560, fixed.
One crew, one vehicle, door to door
Your load is never consolidated with another household's or dropped at a depot overnight. That is why our long-distance dates hold and our damage rate stays where it is.
Stairs and conversions in Leytonstone
Half-landings and 1890s doorways decide the load hours long before the motorway does. We ask for the floor and the stair type at survey, then price the hours honestly rather than discovering them on the day.

Reviews from Google
3.9 ★ from 1,407 Google reviewsThe cleaners Constantin and arrived in time and never stopped until the work was completed to the best of their ability. I would recommend a more upgraded carpet cleaner as I was hoping for a hot steam cleaner to penetrate areas or heavy foot traffic on the carpet. They never gave up until the look was more space saving. I can now access the office area to study My degree coursework at home. All rubbish accumulated was also kindly removed.
Hello Services did a fantastic job in my bungalow. The windows sparkle inside, there are no fingerprints anywhere and my lounge carpet looks new. Even my garage, which was full of cobwebs, is clean enough to eat in. I would totally recommend them. Lovely people, excellent workers.
Hello services came to clean out our apartment that we vacated on Monday 2nd February 2026. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure that the place was completely spotless and ready for the next resident. I’m really happy with their service and would very much recommend them. Their prices are also brilliant as well, very affordable, no hidden costs and more than fair and reasonable for the amazing service they provide. Very happy and thank you hello services, I’ll definitely be using them again. See before and after photos for reference.
