Worthing is two towns for our purposes, and which one you live in decides how the job is run. The central seafront strip in BN11 — Marine Parade and the streets behind it — is conversion flats and purpose-built blocks, with metered or permit parking outside and, in the retirement blocks, a managing agent who expects notice, a booked lift, protective covering in the communal areas and a finish time.
