How booking works
Talk to us privately
Call 020 8124 1823 about clutter, rooms and access. If comfortable, email photos or video to info@helloservices.co.uk, excluding personal documents and other people. We listen without judgement.
Agree the clean-up and quote
Agree retained items, sorting, cleaning, booked removals and reorganisation. Flag sharps, pests, contamination or unsafe access for separate assessment. Check the quote and exclusions; nothing is discarded without consent.
A discreet, fully equipped team
We bring equipment and products for the agreed work, protect retained belongings, clean accessible surfaces and complete booked removals or reorganisation. Together we review the checklist and any specialist follow-up.

Benefits of a considerate hoarder clean-up
Reclaim usable space without pressure to discard valued belongings.
Reclaim usable rooms
Agreed sorting restores access to beds, seating and kitchen surfaces.
Clearer access
Fewer obstacles improve movement; serious fire risks need fire-service advice.
Reach covered surfaces
Decluttering exposes floors and fittings for intensive cleaning, rather than cleaning around piles.
Keep control
Keep-and-review categories protect possessions. Booked reorganisation supports daily use; it does not replace mental health care.

“Team were lovely, and cleaned the house to a high standard of professionalism. Would very happily use the same service again!”

Thank you!
“My grandad booked a deep clean in cardiff area with this company and the clean was impeccable. He was contacted the day before the clean and the lady introduced who she was and arranged a more suitable time for him. Grandad said they really made themselves at home there, chatting to him, listening to his stories. It was so nice for him to have that company for a while. The flat was cleaned, every inch and even cleaned his cooker and microwave for free. We just wish they did weekly cleaning as grandad warmed to them and is weary of booking with someone else for his cleaning. Reading mixed reviews on here but we can honestly say the clean amazing. And grandads very happy. I’m sure he said the cleaners name Was Hanna. We will definitely book again.”

“I had a one off deep clean in South Wales. I am renting my house and needed it before the tenants moved in. 2 women came to clear the property, they were friendly, informative and lovey. They did a fantastic job and the price was reasonable. Would recommend and use again.”

“Efficient and cleaning staff who undertook the role were polite and considerate to our needs.”

Hannah and Charlotte were amazing
“Hannah and Charlotte were amazing! They gave my elderly mum’s house a deep clean. Polite and very pleasant, they both worked so hard for 4 hours, would not stop for a drink or chat and left the house so very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Where I was apologising for the state of this and that, they said that I wasn’t to worry and that they would deal with it. And they did! I am so glad that I engaged Hello Services and that I got these two girls allocated to clean for me. If you live in the Swansea area and need the services of professional cleaners, use Hello Services. Hopefully, Hannah and Charlotte will come to you too.”

Hoarder Cleaning in Port Talbot: local guide
Port Talbot’s terraces, post-war semis and newer homes around Baglan and the seafront need individual access planning. With on-street parking common, discuss the carrying route and somewhere to keep retained possessions before decluttering begins.
Plan around parking and possessions
For cluttered house cleaning in an SA12 terrace, tell us where unloading is possible rather than assuming space outside. If the entrance also serves as your main carrying route, identify another place for possessions sorting. Keep keys, paperwork and sentimental items separate so the hoarding clean-up does not mix them with booked removals.
Separate cleaning from council collections
Neath Port Talbot’s bulky collection rules exclude house clearances and business or landlord use. Household collection is not a disposal route for our work. For a separate resident booking, crews cannot enter your boundary; only listed items are collected. Plan how suitable furniture reaches the front without blocking access.
Make room for the belongings staying
Before deep cleaning, choose accessible storage for belongings you use regularly. Intensive cleaning should not mean emptying every cupboard into a walkway. For unwanted items still in good condition, consider the council’s donation information rather than assuming everything needs disposal; confirm acceptance before moving anything.

Must my home be emptied?
No. Thorough cleaning can be planned around possessions you retain. Explain which rooms matter most and identify items that must stay before agreeing the work.
Can council crews take furniture from indoors?
No. The council’s kerbside collection guidance says crews cannot enter your property or its boundary. Arrange suitable presentation separately, keeping your entrance usable.
Can extra rubbish bags go beside bins?
Do not plan around that: Neath Port Talbot says it no longer collects unauthorised side waste. Agree appropriate disposal arrangements rather than leaving surplus bags outside.
What if putting bins out is difficult?
You can ask the council about help putting bins out if this is difficult. Check your circumstances directly; assistance is not something our cleaning booking guarantees.
Should a mattress stay uncovered outside?
For a separate household collection, the council says absorbent items must stay dry. Cover a mattress appropriately; wet items may be too heavy to collect.
Can I donate furniture instead?
Possibly. The council’s reuse advice says charities may be interested in good-condition items. Check acceptance first and keep proposed donations separate from belongings being retained.
