How booking works
Talk to us privately
Call 020 8124 1823 about clutter, rooms and access. If comfortable, email photos or video to info@helloservices.co.uk, excluding personal documents and other people. We listen without judgement.
Agree the clean-up and quote
Agree retained items, sorting, cleaning, booked removals and reorganisation. Flag sharps, pests, contamination or unsafe access for separate assessment. Check the quote and exclusions; nothing is discarded without consent.

We bring equipment and products for the agreed work, protect retained belongings, clean accessible surfaces and complete booked removals or reorganisation. Together we review the checklist and any specialist follow-up.

Benefits of a considerate hoarder clean-up
Reclaim usable space without pressure to discard valued belongings.
Reclaim usable rooms
Agreed sorting restores access to beds, seating and kitchen surfaces.
Clearer access
Fewer obstacles improve movement; serious fire risks need fire-service advice.
Reach covered surfaces
Decluttering exposes floors and fittings for intensive cleaning, rather than cleaning around piles.
Keep control
Keep-and-review categories protect possessions. Booked reorganisation supports daily use; it does not replace mental health care.

“Efficient and cleaning staff who undertook the role were polite and considerate to our needs.”

Thank you!
“My grandad booked a deep clean in cardiff area with this company and the clean was impeccable. He was contacted the day before the clean and the lady introduced who she was and arranged a more suitable time for him. Grandad said they really made themselves at home there, chatting to him, listening to his stories. It was so nice for him to have that company for a while. The flat was cleaned, every inch and even cleaned his cooker and microwave for free. We just wish they did weekly cleaning as grandad warmed to them and is weary of booking with someone else for his cleaning. Reading mixed reviews on here but we can honestly say the clean amazing. And grandads very happy. I’m sure he said the cleaners name Was Hanna. We will definitely book again.”

“I had a one off deep clean in South Wales. I am renting my house and needed it before the tenants moved in. 2 women came to clear the property, they were friendly, informative and lovey. They did a fantastic job and the price was reasonable. Would recommend and use again.”

“They did a wonderful job cleaning my house. The service was definitely worth the money I paid. I will certainly recommend them.”

Hannah and Charlotte were amazing
“Hannah and Charlotte were amazing! They gave my elderly mum’s house a deep clean. Polite and very pleasant, they both worked so hard for 4 hours, would not stop for a drink or chat and left the house so very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Where I was apologising for the state of this and that, they said that I wasn’t to worry and that they would deal with it. And they did! I am so glad that I engaged Hello Services and that I got these two girls allocated to clean for me. If you live in the Swansea area and need the services of professional cleaners, use Hello Services. Hopefully, Hannah and Charlotte will come to you too.”

Hoarder Cleaning in Bridgend: local guide
Bridgend’s terraces and family estates need different access arrangements. For cluttered house cleaning around Brackla or Broadlands, mention tight parking and identify somewhere to keep retained belongings away from the route through your home.
Plan around belongings and access
Before decluttering, choose a clearly marked place for documents, photographs and everyday essentials. In a terrace, explain any restricted route to the entrance; on an estate, flag parking constraints. Discreet cleaning should start with an agreed arrival arrangement, rather than putting possessions outside where neighbours can see them.
Separate household collection from booked removals
For a hoarding clean-up, distinguish furniture you are keeping from unwanted bulky items. The council’s bulky collection guidance lists sofas and mattresses but excludes bathroom suites and tiles. Businesses and landlords cannot use it. Any hoarder house clearance removals must be separately assessed, not routed through household services as commercial waste.
Sort before choosing a recycling centre
During intensive cleaning preparation, separate recyclables rather than making mixed bags. The recycling centre rules require general waste bags to be split and recyclables removed. Brynmenyn does not allow vans or trailers; check vehicle requirements before planning your own household drop-off.

Can I keep a room untouched?
Yes. For thorough cleaning, identify rooms to skip and possessions to retain beforehand, particularly if family paperwork or sentimental collections occupy otherwise usable space.
Can council collectors take loose wood?
Loose wood needs assessment under Bridgend’s bulky waste rules. Keep it separate when planning rubbish removal rather than assuming it can accompany furniture.
Where should vapes and gas canisters go?
The council’s fire safety guidance directs these to recycling centres, not kerbside collections. Flag them before deep cleaning so they are not mixed into bags.
What if our flat uses communal bins?
Some flats use communal recycling bins, according to local collection guidance. For home organisation, plan sorting space indoors without obstructing shared access or bin areas.
Can unwanted furniture be reused instead?
The council suggests considering reuse before booking collection. British Heart Foundation or Emmaus may collect unwanted items; confirm acceptance before setting furniture aside for donation.
Do you provide treatment alongside cleaning?
No. Our practical cleaning support is not counselling or treatment. Tell us which household tasks feel manageable, and seek healthcare advice separately if needed.
