How booking works

  1. Talk to us privately

Call 020 8124 1823 about clutter, rooms and access. If comfortable, email photos or video to info@helloservices.co.uk, excluding personal documents and other people. We listen without judgement.

  2. Agree the clean-up and quote

Agree retained items, sorting, cleaning, booked removals and reorganisation. Flag sharps, pests, contamination or unsafe access for separate assessment. Check the quote and exclusions; nothing is discarded without consent.

  3. A discreet, fully equipped team

We bring equipment and products for the agreed work, protect retained belongings, clean accessible surfaces and complete booked removals or reorganisation. Together we review the checklist and any specialist follow-up.

What's included

  • Agree resident or authorised decision-maker priorities
  • Protect valuables, fragile possessions and documents

Bedrooms, living rooms and hallways

  • Wipe accessible furniture, shelves, skirting and radiators
  • Clean doors, switches and agreed interior glass
  • Vacuum carpets; clean suitable floors and exposed spaces
  • No refurbishment or restoration

Extraction, upholstery, heavy furniture moving and exterior windows need separate agreement.

Item removals — when booked

  • Confirm approved bags, furniture and bulky items
  • Separate kept belongings before loading
  • Agree volume, disposal arrangements, access and charges
  • Separate electrical items, chemicals and special waste

Hazardous waste needs separate assessment.

Practical support, not treatment or guaranteed prevention.

Benefits of a considerate hoarder clean-up

Reclaim usable space without pressure to discard valued belongings.

Reclaim usable rooms

Agreed sorting restores access to beds, seating and kitchen surfaces.

Clearer access

Fewer obstacles improve movement; serious fire risks need fire-service advice.

Reach covered surfaces

Decluttering exposes floors and fittings for intensive cleaning, rather than cleaning around piles.

Keep control

Keep-and-review categories protect possessions. Booked reorganisation supports daily use; it does not replace mental health care.

    Thank you!

“My grandad booked a deep clean in cardiff area with this company and the clean was impeccable. He was contacted the day before the clean and the lady introduced who she was and arranged a more suitable time for him. Grandad said they really made themselves at home there, chatting to him, listening to his stories. It was so nice for him to have that company for a while. The flat was cleaned, every inch and even cleaned his cooker and microwave for free. We just wish they did weekly cleaning as grandad warmed to them and is weary of booking with someone else for his cleaning. Reading mixed reviews on here but we can honestly say the clean amazing. And grandads very happy. I’m sure he said the cleaners name Was Hanna. We will definitely book again.”

“I had a one off deep clean in South Wales. I am renting my house and needed it before the tenants moved in. 2 women came to clear the property, they were friendly, informative and lovey. They did a fantastic job and the price was reasonable. Would recommend and use again.”

Hoarder Cleaning in Swansea: local guide

Swansea’s hillside terraces and streets with on-street parking make access planning important. For cluttered house cleaning, explain steps and parking arrangements; in student houses, identify personal belongings separately from furniture belonging to the landlord.

01

Plan around slopes and shared entrances

For hoarding clean-up in a hillside terrace, discuss the route between rooms and the street before moving anything. In a waterfront apartment, tell us about shared entrances. During decluttering, set aside documents and keepsakes indoors; retained possessions should not become a temporary pile on a shared landing.

02

Separate household items from rental furniture

Before house clearance decisions, distinguish your unwanted items from anything owned by your landlord. Swansea’s bulky waste rules exclude landlord-owned furniture and business waste. Collections are kerbside, not from indoors or gardens. Arrange any booked removals separately from household council services; do not assume a cleaning booking includes council collection.

03

Keep safety separate from cleaning promises

When planning intensive cleaning, keep access routes usable rather than shifting clutter into corridors. The council tenant fire guidance says communal areas must remain free of belongings and signposts Safe and Well visits. That is separate fire safety support, not something our thorough cleaning replaces.

Frequently asked questions

Can you plan discreet cleaning near my neighbours?

Tell us which entrance to use and where parking is possible. We can discuss handling belongings without using shared spaces as sorting areas.

Will the council take my old mirrored wardrobe?

Swansea’s bulky collection exclusions include items containing glass or mirrors. Check an appropriate disposal route before including that wardrobe in your removal plan.

How should I prepare for recycling?

For recycling preparation, separate materials without assuming everything can travel together. Check Swansea’s recycling information for centre rules, permitted vehicles and permit requirements before loading.

Can I keep books during room reorganisation?

Yes. Identify books you want retained and agree a dry storage area within your home. Room reorganisation can be discussed without treating collections as rubbish.

Where can council tenants find fire safety help?

The tenant safety page signposts the fire service’s Safe and Well home checks. Ask that service about arrangements; cleaning does not replace its advice.

Does Swansea offer assisted rubbish collections?

The council lists an assisted collection request. Ask it to assess your circumstances; this does not mean bulky items will be collected from inside.
