How booking works

  1. Talk to us privately

Call 020 8124 1823 about clutter, rooms and access. If comfortable, email photos or video to info@helloservices.co.uk, excluding personal documents and other people. We listen without judgement.

  2. Agree the clean-up and quote

Agree retained items, sorting, cleaning, booked removals and reorganisation. Flag sharps, pests, contamination or unsafe access for separate assessment. Check the quote and exclusions; nothing is discarded without consent.

  3. A discreet, fully equipped team

We bring equipment and products for the agreed work, protect retained belongings, clean accessible surfaces and complete booked removals or reorganisation. Together we review the checklist and any specialist follow-up.

Benefits of a considerate hoarder clean-up

Reclaim usable space without pressure to discard valued belongings.

Reclaim usable rooms

Agreed sorting restores access to beds, seating and kitchen surfaces.

Clearer access

Fewer obstacles improve movement; serious fire risks need fire-service advice.

Reach covered surfaces

Decluttering exposes floors and fittings for intensive cleaning, rather than cleaning around piles.

Keep control

Keep-and-review categories protect possessions. Booked reorganisation supports daily use; it does not replace mental health care.

“Loredana came to my 3 bed 2 bath property in Berkshire today with her colleague for end of tenancy deep clean. She was prompt, arriving early, fully equipped with all she required to complete the job. She was really lovely, professional and worked meticulously and thoroughly. They both did a great job and asked me to check everything and addressed any things immediately ensuring that I was happy with the job before leaving and taking payment. They stuck to the agreed quote and did not add any additional costs as I have seen other companies do. The company kept me updated and responded to any queries in a reasonable time frame. I feel confident that if there were any issues both Loredana and Hello would have dealt with them professionally and promptly. Thank you 🙏”

“I was initially quoted £135 to deep clean a studio flat. On the day, 2 cleaners arrived and one of them proceeded to take pictures and saying the place is in a state (isn’t that why a deep clean is requested)? They left the property and I received a call from the company saying due to the grime, etc, it would cost another £200! I felt I wasn’t in a position to argue as it was my recently deceased brother who lived there and I had to clear it, so I paid and they came back. Apart from the attitude of the picture-taker, I have gone back today to check and I cannot fault their cleaning. Everywhere was spotless and all appliances smear-free. They cleared out at least 20 plastic carrier bags, and other sundries so 4 stars they’ve got. I think they should offer an in-person quote so they can see the condition and give an accurate quote.”

Hoarder Cleaning in West Malling: local guide

Older streets around High Street and Swan Street include listed cottages with low beams and small-paned windows. Plan cluttered home cleaning around these features, identifying fragile keepsakes and discussing parking before furniture is moved.

01

Make space without crowding cottage features

For cottage decluttering, choose a holding area for retained possessions away from low beams and windows. Tell us which ornaments or furniture must stay untouched. Careful cleaning should work around those decisions. If you are in a newer Leybourne home, identify integrated appliances needing access rather than assuming furniture needs removal.

02

Check each bulky item first

Before planning hoarder house clearance with assessed, booked removals, distinguish our arrangements from your own household disposal. The borough bulky waste guidance excludes pianos and Aga ovens. Do not move a heavy item outside assuming collection is available; confirm an appropriate route before disturbing surrounding possessions.

03

Keep access and support in view

During a hoarding clean-up, avoid transferring piles into the exit route. The council housing report identifies increased fire loading as a concern in cluttered properties. Ask the council about current hoarding support if needed; practical cleaning is not treatment, and the report does not guarantee a service.

Frequently asked questions

How should I prepare fragile keepsakes?

Identify fragile pieces before detailed cleaning begins. Agree where they can remain safely, especially beside small-paned windows, rather than boxing everything together without labels.

Can council collectors enter my cottage?

No: the bulky collection instructions exclude collection inside buildings. For your household booking, check whether items can safely reach an agreed outside position.

Should I book a recycling visit?

The council recycling guide says Kent household recycling centre visits require booking. Check arrangements for your own items; our commercial waste needs separate disposal.

What about glass shower enclosures?

In newer Leybourne homes, bathroom deep cleaning can focus on accessible shower glass. Keep toiletries you use together so they remain easy to find.

Can I keep furniture in place?

Yes, discuss retained furniture when arranging decluttering help. Plan usable paths around it and identify surfaces reachable for thorough cleaning without unnecessary lifting.

What information helps with parking?

For discreet cleaning, describe the available loading position and entrance route. Mention any access restrictions you know about rather than assuming space outside is available.
