“Booked a deep clean and carpet shampoo for our new house, online booking was easy and we could add individual cleaning elements. Had booking confirmation through and WhatsApp correspondence with my cleaner Ahmad the night before and was able to add on cleaning components which we needed after discovering the state the house was left in (including appliances). Ahmad and his colleague were able to come earlier than our booked slot and stayed for 10 hours cleaning, not leaving until everything was spotless and gave us a text when they were nearly finished. The team were professional and we are really pleased with the end result, best money we ever spent.”

“At first I was worried about the quality of the service after reading some bad reviews but Ferraz team was very professional. They arrived earlier than the appointment time which is impressive. We had the house (3 bed 2 bath) deep clean. They took about 6 hrs and left the house clean. They walked us around the house at the end to check if we’re happy with it and everything was cleaned properly. I think part of it is a luck as well, it depends on which cleaning persons/ company you’re getting.”

“I was unsure about using a company for a one off clean but went for it based on reviews. I was very impressed with the deep clean. The guys who came were very professional and equally as lovely. Apologised and said they did their best with the oven, I checked it expecting it not to be great ( it was pretty baked in grease etc and it was gleaming.! Definitely not in need of apologies.! Would highly recommend and use the service again”

“Was very easy to book. Made a last minute booking for a deep clean and the cleaners arrived prompt and were very friendly. They did a great job and I’m happy with how much better my house looks. The price was higher than I would’ve liked to pay really and I don’t think they needed the 5 hours booked but still happy with what they did”
