Prices are fitting labour for boards you supply or we can order at cost. Underlay, beading and expansion-gap spacers are included; skirting removal and refitting is quoted per room if the boards run under it. A moisture check on any ground-floor solid subfloor is strongly recommended and priced separately so it is never skipped to save time. Permits, ULEZ and the Congestion Charge where they apply are itemised.
