We are over the moon with our one-off deep clean, the team (led by Mo, i think he said his name was!) turned up early and were done within 4 hours, we can't believe how much they got done in that time. They went absolutely above and beyond and cleaned inside cabinets/the fridge even though they were fairly full (we weren't expecting it!), took out our bins, cleaned the microwave - our oven also looks good as new. So impressed with the job and will definitely be using the service again!

Adriana & Constantine both did an amazing job, carried out a full house deep clean as we just moved in. Here from 08:00 to 16:00, and worked non stop to get everything done. Again, really happy with the service.

I was going to leave a 3 star score, but one of the cleaners (there were three of them), who appeared to be the boss, went above and beyond in the kitchen. One of the three was.. lets say a little rushed. I have lots of expensive technical devices and screens on my work desk, all of which, without exception were strewn about the desk with no effort to return them to 'roughly thier original location. I am disabled and it takes me a while to re-arrange such items, and upon moving them, the desk was not cleaned properly. But.. as a deep clean experience, only the lounge let them down so a solid 3.5 star and I would recommend Hello Services.

Outstanding deep clean. There was a lot to do and the workers did an amazing job. They were discreet and extremely focused. Everything was gleaming when they went and the house smells fresh and clean, without the use of overpowering products. I will definitely use this service again. Highly recommended.

I found Hello Service on line and what a find. The comprehensive services on the website are backed up by fantastic communications at every stage of the process with particular thanks to Sam and Martin. This includes from the initial enquiry, a seamless booking process, amazing quotation that met my exact needs, easy payment process and the little touches like reminding me that the deep clean of the property was to take place at the time and date I booked. On the day of the deep cleaners Hussain and Sumara provided a very professional service and they kept me informed of all they were undertaking during the course of the deep clean. I would have no hesitation recommending Hello Services. A top notch company.

A BIG shout out to Erik & Tina who cleaned my brother's flat for me today. They did an absolutely fantastic job. My brother has been ill recently and struggling to stay on top of his housework so a deep clean was required. Erik and Tina came along, worked really hard and completed in an afternoon what might have taken me at least 3 days to complete, plus they had industrial cleaning equipment to get the job done properly. My Bro comes out of hospital tomorrow and I know he will be blown away at what he sees. So thank you Erik & Tina and I will certainly book you again in the future. (BTW - I don't know how you did it but all the taps at every sink were sparkling)

The Gloucester team came at very short notice when the booked team were unable to attend. They travelled 2 hours to fulfil the company's booking. The team of 2 were very friendly and worked well together. I had booked a deep clean as well as cleaning specific appliances and 2 sofas, so there was a lot to do. They did very well and most things were done to a good standard. On closer inspection, after they left, there were some places that were missed but I feel this was just because they had a lot to do and still needed to drive 2 hours home so were rushed. Thank you for your hard work.

The team of three young lads arrived from HELLO SERVICES at the scheduled time and started work to deep clean straight away. They were courteous, polite, very professional treated us and our bungalow and contents with the greatest respect. Also, they obviously had great pride in their work and turned our dull bungalow into a sparkling paradise. The booking process was easy, and their communication was good with both emails, phone calls and reminders. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. It was well worth the money we paid and was a great experience.

Had a deep clean performed this morning by mr Ismael and mr Ali and what an absolutely incredible and marvelous job they did . The house was extremely dirty and unkept and they left it sparkling new . Extremely polite, professional and efficient. Really easy & straight forward website to get services booked in, with lots of choice for all cleaning required. Good communication from the customer services team. The two male cleaners were friendly and provided a professional and fantastic deep clean service. Outstanding result and the house looks pristine, the oven is so clean it looks brand new. Equally the fridge & freezer clean was also brilliant. They used my wood floor cleaner for my new wood floors which I really appreciated. The house looks so good and extremely happy & satisfied with the job they did. I have had health issues so the deep clean service was very helpful for me and my puppy. I would highly recommend this team for deep cleaning services, excellent value for money. Definitely a 5 star service, just absolutely brilliant as the house looks like a million dollars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Found the whole experience of using Hello Services excellent. Great website which helped guide me on what exactly I needed and got a date scheduled convenient to me. The cleaning team communicated well before, during and after and did a great job on a major deep clean I needed prior to putting a house on the market.

I asked for a Deep clean on a 4 bedroom house. Ingrid was assigned to this clean. They did great job doing a deep clean. All the areas were cleaned as per the invoice. Happy with the result. There was a slight misunderstanding of the oven. On my half, I ordered a double oven clean thinking that they would be able to clean the oven. But needed to order a full oven clean.

Mohamed and his colleague came to our home to give it a deep clean. We bought a new family home and wanted a good clean before we moved in. The clean is brilliant. The windows were exceptionally clean. The team were friendly and I found it easy to book with them and found their communication friendly. I will use them again in the future. They brought all their own cleaning materials and took away all rubbish too. We’re very happy 😊

Booked a deep cleaning service for my kitchen appliances. Sardar arrived on time and did a great job at cleaning the appliances in less than 3 hours. My range cookers are now as fresh as new. Highly recommend especially with its competitive price.

Sardar was fantastic with great attention to detail. We live in an old and not very straightforward house, and he cleaned it from top to bottom, including removing old grime, mould etc. exceeded expectations. Would recommend!

I booked a deep clean and added a few other services to it - carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning, blinds, oven, hob and extractor fan cleaning. Adriana came on time and got started straight away. Her colleague joined her slightly afterwards and got stuck in too. They were both so thorough and did an amazing job! So happy with the clean and would definitely book again!

Exceptional Service. Booked Hello Services to deep clean both our Bathrooms as they had years of grime, limescale, soap scum and discoloured grout on them. Despite the fact that we clean them weekly they just seemed to build up again very quickly and it was alot of effort to get them looking OK every week. Hello Services came in and within 2 hours both bathrooms were gleaming and we were very happy. Don't know how they did it in such a short space of time or what products they used but it was amazing and well worth the money. 100% I will use Hello Services again and would highly recommend them to anybody for any cleaning service; you will not be disappointed.

Deep clean of my flat, amazed at the difference and what Nader done in the short space of time. There was lots of dirt and dust from a recent ceiling replacement, Nader didn’t miss any of it and my flat is spotless! Thanks again for your high attention to detail

Initially I was very apprehensive due to a little miscommunication on arrival. But wow what an amazing deep clean 👏 My husband has a fur allergy and the previous tenants had lots of pets and the carpets were left as good as new. Was very easy to book. Made a last minute booking for a deep clean and the cleaners arrived prompt and were very friendly. They did a great job and I’m happy with how much better my house looks. The price was higher than I would’ve liked to pay really and I don’t think they needed the 5 hours booked but still happy with what they did

The Cleaning Team did a brilliant job helping us with our spring cleaning. They handled both the house and deck, and everything was spotless by the end. What stood out was that they didn’t just rush through it — they took their time to get things right, and it showed. Very professional and easy to work with. We've just moved and I wanted the fridge freezer and oven professionally cleaned before I used them. I booked and paid online. On the day I had a call to say they were on their way and they did a great job. Much better than I could have done. I'm really happy. We're having some building work done and the house will need a deep clean. I will definitely use Hello Services when I'm ready to book that.

I had a deep cleaning service done at my home on Sunday, and I am extremely impressed with the results. The team (two ladies and a man) did an excellent job cleaning the entire house, including the kitchen, kitchen hob, window blinds, bedroom wardrobes, and mirrors. They made sure there was no dirt or marks left behind, and the entire space looked spotless. Their cleaning was truly exceptional, and I appreciate their professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again in the future!
