Excellent Deep Clean, very thorough and worked well. Would highly recommend.

My situation was difficult, as I hadn’t done a deep clean for well over a decade, so it was not an easy job. Adriana & Constantin were excellent in what they did. They were courteous and ran through the itemised list before work began. They both worked really hard and were very careful with my possessions. They created a cleaned flat that I was extremely happy with, and they were apologetic that it couldn’t be perfect. I sympathised with them that some of the stains in the carpet would never come out. All in all it was an excellent service you provided, and I would definitely recommend your company to all that need a cleaning service. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service! Adriana and her team did an amazing job deep cleaning our entire new house the day before we moved in, leaving everything looking brand new so we could just move straight in. Would thoroughly recommend their service!

Hello services did an amazing job on my mother's house 5 stars she's elderly and had been poorly so had let the cleaning slide, hello services did an amazing deep clean which was so thorough the carpets that were steam cleaned looked branded new afterwards. we cannot praise this company highly enough and shall definitely recommended to people in the future and 100% shall hire for different services in the future .. Nihad and his team were amazing! The arrived right on time and were extremely professional. The team did an excellent job cleaning the house, the oven looked better than when we moved in, and the deep clean of the carpet it left it look as good as it did the day we moved in. We were really happy with the quality and thoroughness of the team, and their professionalism. Would hire them again to do a deep clean of our new house when the time comes for a spring clean.

Really kind and friendly; asked if they could come early bc they finished job beforehand early which was a nice surprise; great job deep cleaning the couch - wow! And getting hard mildew off the shower door, bathroom counter, and kitchen tiles. I was so impressed with their cleaning work and they were so friendly throughout. They even asked if they could come back to try a different cleaning product on the rough mildew stain in the toilet - I really appreciate that.

We booked a move in clean as the house we brought had been empty for 18 months, we wanted to give it a nice deep clean before moving in properly. Service from start to finish was exceptional! I was worried I wouldn't find anything so soon to xmas and over a weekend, but I did. Bobby and his team were the highlight of my move in day, so polite, friendly, arriving early, working so hard all day, my house looks beautiful. We booked only the day before and were able to secure a deep clean. Arrived a little later than the arrival window but they did not stop working while they were here and did a really great job at tackling some stubborn timescale we had not been able to get rid of with any of the products we had tried before. Shower, sink and toilet look brand new after their work! Very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them again - thank you for the professional service!

Very fast and great job with deep clean

I called Hello Services Ltd first, before calling sixteen other companies trying to get a cost-effective (good value for money) cleaning service. Not every cleaning service provided the after builders deep cleaning service requirement that I needed. In fact five or six of the cleaning companies I called recommended Hello Services Ltd. My husband was extremely impressed with the cleaning service provided with the service being of a paramount standard and without any hiccups in last-minutes changes, prompt refunding, and no jargons attached.

The team of three men Robbie, Temi and Teno were absolutely superb. The team were very caring and friendly. They worked non stop and did a fabulous deep clean of the house. Exceptional value for money - thank you so much and I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

Amazing service, have just moved into a house that was empty for nearly a year, had Hello Services come and deep clean for me and what an amazing team and a thoroughly good clean. Every surface and cupboard cleaned, 2 caprets deep cleaned, scrubbed every nook and cranny, the women worked so hard. Would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. I needed a deep clean immediately on my mother’s bungalow and found Hello Services on Google Search. The service was amazing and I cannot fault it. I requested an appointment online and they gave me a complete price breakdown for the jobs I wanted done. When I received the Invoice it was easy to request to add jobs or remove jobs and then Hello Services sent me another detailed invoice with amendments and price breakdown. The lovely cleaners arrived and did the most fabulous job which was above and beyond my expectations. Payment was also straightforward, offering payment by bank transfer of the option to pay the cleaners cash on the day which is the option I went for. I would definitely use Hello Services again. Very satisfied with the cleaning for our property in Crawley. Omparkash and his team did a really good job and the rooms were beautifully cleaned and to a good standard. Having moved into our first home together as a couple, i was disgusted with the state of the house left by the previous owner. As much as I tried, the cleaning was too much. I googled and found 'Hello Services Ltd'. Customer Service was excellent, I was kept informed and their website was excellent and easy to navigate. I told them about the house and the state the kitchen was left in by the previous owner. I could not great them on the day they arrived due to work so my husband met them at the house and they did an excellent job. At last I can enjoy my home. Hello Services Ltd staff gave my house the deep clean I requested and exceeded my expectation. The house smells so much better especially the kitchen as it previously had a wet dog stench left by the previous owner. I was so embarrassed by this as it was not my doing but the previous owners doing but Hello Service Ltd staff appeared unfazed which was what made the experience even better If anyone wants their house cleaned, contact Hello Services Lrd. They are professional, friendly, courteous and they will get the job to an excellent/high standard. Excellent deep clean very helpful and thorough would recommend

Absolutely amazing. Booked a deep clean. It came itemised with a list of things they would clean, and I was able to customise it. The two cleaners worked really hard for a really long time and covered a lot. Everything they cleaned is sparkling, stubborn stains have been removed. I am amazed at how much they managed to do in a day. Absolutely brilliant, would book again.

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I am putting my house up for sale and, with 4 dogs, and 2 teenagers it needed a very deep clean!! The team arrived on time and worked so hard all day, they were very polite and friendly. They thoroughly cleaned throughout to an incredible standard and left my house absolutely spotless. My windows and skirting boards were particularly awful and they now look gleaming. Thank you so much for all of your efforts - you went way above and beyond.

She even threw away rubbish I had left in the flat, and cleaned the shower door 3 times to get rid of the old soap scum and limescale.
