They done a great job. The couch needed to be taken apart to be moved and they were happy to assemble it again. I would recommend these guys to use. You won’t be disappointed.

Back from hospital and sofa bound I first needed help in changing the battery of the beeping fire alarm. The pile of rubbish went out in a flash and the disorder in the kitchen and bathroom was organised by the two gentlemen, together with the hoovering and wiping of the floors in no time at all. A highly efficient and recommendable service all around.

Constantine did a brilliant job with my mattress and chair, I was so impressed and happy with how well everything was cleaned. Great service, would definitely recommend!

Sardar was absolutely fantastic, prompt, he took a very smelly sofa (cat urine which had aged for years) and made it new again. The smell has gone, we will use again for sure. Can't recommend enough.

They were friendly and efficient, the bathroom is gleaming and this took some doing as the place was filthy when we moved in. They were great with my baby, and were happy to work around us while I had her napping, and did a decent hoover of the living room even pulling out our very heavy 3 seater sofa that I can’t move so can never clean behind.

Office staff were really speedy at responding to emails - I easily added on a couch steam cleaning with no fuss at all. Team Yamba arrived exactly on time and listened carefully to the complexities of the cleaning service required in my new flat. Did a great job and really made it feel like home, would definitely recommend.

Great service, although there was a misunderstanding about what to do with a mattress cover. It almost got thrown out but it came with the flat.

The people who arrived were lovely & my house is so clean BUT they were 1 hour 15 mins late for a clean that took over 4 hours, the gentleman said they should have been a morning booking, & because they cleaned our sofa & mattress we then couldn’t sit on it when they did leave or sleep comfortably in our bed. Apart from that aspect I’m very pleased

Following a renovation project we booked an End of Builders clean including our upholstery steam cleaning. Very easy booking online and loved being able to specify areas for cleaning. Miroslav (LS12) arrived ahead of schedule and conducted a walk around and confirmation of cleaning to be done before starting. 3.5 hours later and WOW!! Could not have been happier with the results. The house smelled so clean, the upholstery was back to looking as good as new and the attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommended and a big thank you to Miroslav and his team for a superb service

Adam came and helped with furniture assembly (1.2m desk), which came in a crate. Really helpful and fast assembly, reasonable prices, would look for them again if I order a large sofa.

Overall the cleaning was very good. However units on the front of my breakfast bar area were not cleaned as they still had marks on them and the inside contained crumbs and sawdust. I was unsure if the sofas had been cleaned as they didn't smell of upholstery that had been washed and there were a few grim marks on the arms of the sofas. The kitchen cupboard doors felt sticky which was perhaps from the products used. Other than that we had no other issues.

Very professional service. The flat was left spotless clean, even stubborn sofa stains got removed. Great value for money. I strongly recommend Hello Services!

I was not informed of dos and fonts so was unsure what I could ask to be done when cleaners came The sofa steam cleaner leaked water all over the sofa and it was not fully cleaned due to water leakage
