Christopher and team did a great job with everything. I have really pleased with the clean. The oven looks like new again. I would recommend Hello Services Ltd and go with them again in the future.

The two workers were professional and hard working. They were thorough and careful with my oven and in the kitchen.

The team who cleaned the house were fantastic. They talked me through what they were going to do and completed a walk through of the property first. When I came back to the house it was like stepping into a different place. We completed another walk through and they should me videos of the oven cleaning and carpets. A really great service.

They were very polite and did what I asked them to do. But I did feel that I had to point out a couple of things that cleaners should notice. You don’t just go through the motion of cleaning (windows) then leave them if they are still smeary. The oven clean was brilliant, like new. Overall, yes I would use them again.

The team was on time, friendly and effective. Part of the job was to clean the lounge carpet which I thought would be impossible. Of course it’s not like brand new but far better than it was. The oven looks great too. All in all great work.

I would recommend Hello Services. I needed to have my oven cleaned at short notice, and found Hello Services had availability for the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. The cleaner allocated to us is called Robert. He did an outstanding job. The oven is about 10 years old, in fairly good condition, but had not been professionally cleaned before. Robert worked very hard, and did his very best. He was realistic, and said that because the oven is older he could not guarantee how it would look, but he need not have worried because the results are very good.

The team were very prompt and my oven is like new!

I was very impressed by the thorough job done by Joel and his female partner. Particularly pleased to see how well cleaned were the banisters, the cupboards, all doors, all door handles and the oven.

The team was nearly an hour late but they did call me to check they could still come which was good. They were very efficient and did a lovely job of my oven. I had other quotes and Hello Services were very expensive compared to other companies by £30 to £40.

Lovely team who sorted out our large oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher with a day's notice. Can't thank them enough and really reasonable prices.

General performance was good but it seemed that there were some minor parts overlooked. For instance, the standing shower cabin had been cleaned thoroughly but the inside of the shower drain cover was uncleaned or there were still stains on the upper part of the mircowave oven's compartment.

3 lovely friendly hard working people attended and did a really good deal clean. Arrived on time with all of their equipment and left the house including v dirty oven nice and clean.

Mike and company were amazing! The oven went from grimy to shiny and Mike got rid of the mistery stains on the carpet from the previous owners! Great job overall and great customer service as well.

I would recommend the cleaners as they were very good in what was a filthy house. The oven was especially dirt, .It was cleaned and now looks brand new.

The work completed was immaculate. They really worked hard to be fair to clean the cookers and hob. Only sight comment is the scrubbed off the little pictures showing which gas cooker ring you are lighting, so they look work off now. Cannot fault them otherwise.

Very good service, came on New year's Eve and cleaned my glass on my cubicle that had dirt grounded into the glass. I could not clean the glass with anything but they managed to get it looking like new by scraping the glass. They worked really hard and cleaned my oven and fridge and did a great job. Highly recommended

Missed a few bits where furniture was moved to clean. then moved back but missed where the furniture had been moved , if that makes sense ? On time, cleaners were courteous and respectful of my property. They cleaned my very dirty oven to a high standard and dis a good job on my extractor fan too

An excellent service. There was clear correspondence before the quote was given , always with a quick response. The team worked incredibly hard and we were astonished at the results achieved in one day. They communicated clearly, checked the plan at the start and kept us informed. They divided the work effectively and we did not see them stop until the work was finished, with no complaint. The more experienced person supported the others and took on the oven and bathroom himself and he was knowledgeable about cleaning products and processes for different areas and surfaces, including some challenging carpet cleaning. He asked us to check each area before moving on. The whole team were very sensitive to the family's needs and protected spaces for my elderly mother to rest. The house was left sparkling clean with bright, springy carpets, everything washed and dusted and all limescale removed. We were delighted with the work, it is very good value and compares favourably with another company we used previously.

The cleaner was really efficient and honest with his work. As it was pouring with rain the outside windows could not be cleaned and so he cleaned the gas hob and chimney instead. A great service.

Hello Services were very good at providing updates regarding their arrival time and progress, and we were incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of the property afterwards, particularly the shower and oven which weren't the cleanest! Thank you

The Incoming inventory was professionally carried out a couple of hours after the clean. The person undertaking it said that the clean was not perfect, mentioning specifically hairs under the plugs and some small pockets of dust. My son who inspected after the clean said he thought it looked OK but he will not have the beady eye of the professional. it may help if i quote verbatim from the inventory report:- "Professionally cleaned however some areas not fully such as some residual dust, hob in Kitchen, plugs in Bathroom and Shower Room" On the Admin side you score 10/10, so thank you -and the price is not unreasonable . I would recommend you to others, but you may wish to mention the Inventory report to your cleaners.

They arrived early full of enthusiasm and wanting to know our needs. Our house has never been cleaner. The windows are shining and the oven is pristine. I can’t thank them enough it and will def organise a clean again
