The team did a great job , I felt it was cleaner then when I moved in . The carpets and curtains looked nearly new again.

The flat is absolutely spotless, they did an amazing job and were so friendly and thoughtful. Can’t believe how clean it is, and the rugs and sofas also look better than they ever have. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Helen and Ayo worked very hard yesterday on house carpets that appeared to be beyond repair. After their fantastic work though I was amazed and delighted to see the carpets restored to fully fluffed up pile depth and as-new freshness. Brilliant work thanks!!

Oh my goodness, I cannot rate the cleaners any higher, if I could I would! They were friendly and professional, they got stains out of the carpets that have been there for years! Everything looks brand new! I cannot reccomned you guys enough!

The work was carried out with minimal fuss, on time, and I was very pleased with the result. The carpets look so much better and the whole house felt much cleaner and lighter.

Very pleasant young man, cleaned every bit of mess up in kitchen and cleaned carpet well, although when dry a couple of dark spots could be seen but overall very pleased

Just about everything has been done just a few things that could of been better. 1 clean the top of the cupboards. 2,Just a few finishing touches in the bathroom. On the plus side getting most of the marks out of the carpet was good. Overall the cleaners did a fantastic job. Worth the money

I was happy with the service but only one person doing all the at 4pm at worked to nearly to 830pm work plus we never got our carpet cleaned as requested but .,the rest was brilliant and so was Nazia

Adam and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were very kind, quick, and did an amazing job cleaning our carpet, bathrooms, stove, dishwasher, and fridge. I almost didn't think the stove and dishwasher would be salvageable but they looked better than when we first moved in! I would recommend this company to anyone in the area. Compared to the other cleaners I've had, these guys were amazing.

The two guys who did the job were excellent- (Ali & Ishmael) . The carpet cleaning was particularly successful . They were personable, polite , and very thorough. The problem with HELLO SERVICES was the shambles over the correct payment to pay the money. I.e. 2 days before the job was due to be done you gave me an account which was out of date. In these days of scams / fraud this is unsatisfactory.

I never very rarely give 10/10. They were early and very quick. The bathroom and kitchen was looking great. Steam cleaned carpets and washed down woodwork etc and hoovered all over. Pleased with the result.

The cleaner who attended was very polite, however he was not made aware fully of the services I paid for. For example I had a deep carpet clean and same for the stairs. He didn't know, so I had to show him on my booking. He did do it, but really should have known exactly what the service was. Felt like he was sent to do a job but not armed with the full information. The cleaning was to a good level, however I think price was a little on the high side.

This is the first time I have used this company and unfortunately they didn’t come on the scheduled day due to a problem with vehicle. Otherwise I would’ve given a 10! However the house cleaning was absolutely brilliant so clean in every room. The carpets had been cleaned and windows and blinds too.

The 2 men were only here for approximately 50 minutes. I am extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning. I really thought some stains were there for ever, but it looks great now and I don’t need to buy a new one. The windows all round are sparkling. Zack was very helpful and explained what had been done. I would use them again. Thank you

Beginning conflict of original appointment but resolved but stressful as husband coming home from hospital. Issue with clearing rug a shear mistake and none issue because carpet has to be replaced. Great team. Excellent service and will book again. With thanks.

Nav and his colleague did a very thorough job. The carpets looked so clean. They were also polite and respectful.

The entire house was deep cleaned and this was an enormous task, to a high standard. The living room carpet was deep cleaned. You did say not all stains would be removed but this is why the score is 9 not 10.

My mums house hadn’t been cleaned for a while and she looks after my daughters dogs during the week so dog hair everywhere, toilet was a mess as she is registered blind now and the place looked amazing when it finished, everything so clean, loads of rubbish cleared away, her rug looked like a new rug, they did a great job

The lady that came to clean our carpet was very efficient and the result was very good. I would recommend this company to anybody needing carpets to be cleaned.

Rob was super friendly, enthusiastic and hard working. Rob came out last minute on a Sunday to clean my new home as I didn’t know where to start, it was that filthy. He had the house sparkling in no time. Deep cleaned the carpets, the floors, kitchen. It looked and felt great. I would highly recommend this company 10/10

Removed shoes so no dirt got on my carpet. Machine was carried out again so so dirt on my carpet. Excellent job.

Professional service, some diminish issues with steamer for carpets arriving, but overall very happy

Cleaners (Smile & Ali) were friendly and helpful. Communication was good. Cleaning could have been more thorough as a few bits were missed eg. tops of picture frames, heated towel rail in bathroom dusty, splatters on walls not cleaned off & carpet under bed not vacuumed - but they willingly corrected these when they were pointed out.

Firstly they were 2 hours late! Which made them later to finish & was in dark with lights on. They refused to start cleaning carpets until I paid extra, as they said i had quantity of 2 extra carpets,the stairs & landing - which I had already asked for on original quote.. (why wasn't this quoted for to start??) When started, they worked very hard, if a little rushed! the house is much better, seems clean enough & certainly smells better, no dust, wooden floors very clean, so am happy with job. Carpets still wet this morning, think it will take few days to dry. Overall an ok job

Lovely ladies who came to clean and worked hard all morning with good results. One criticism - carpets and curtains were left very wet and were still not dry 24 hours later despite heating turned right up. On the whole, would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

Thought the cleaning service was very good. They arrived and did a deep hoover, cleaning all areas and were very efficient. My carpets were steam cleaned and are now back to looking new. Very impressed overall.

Good service, and thorough job. Both staff worked very hard, however the carpets were wet for the whole day although we were told they would dry in a few hours, the fridge/freezer was not cleaned. They did however clean additional parts and done a great job,

All parts of the process were really efficient; from the communication in booking abs getting the quote, to the clean itself. We had 3 cleaners come in; they were quick, friendly, asked lots of questions to make sure I was happy and nothing was too difficult, e.g: : when I asked them to re hoover under the bed in the master bedroom. Thank e booked them because we wanted the carpets cleaned before our baby is born and were really pleased with the results. I would book them again and recommend them.

The team were excellent. My point of contact was Ioana. She was very understanding when I had a delay in getting the keys to my new property on completion day and kindly rearranged for the next day. She and her team arrived promptly and they cleaned my new home, carpets and sofas to a very high standard. They were all professional, hard-working and friendly. The house was spotlessly cleaned and the carpet is very clean

There were a few issues in the morning where the cleaner rang saying they had no carpet cleaner and that wasn’t part of the service j had paid for. It was clearly part of the itemised invoice I had already paid so I am not sure where the confusion had arisen but it took a few different phone calls to resolve. I am told by the property management company that the end result was good.

Two-man team for 10 hours, very good result. Thorough clean, a bit rough in approach but good result. Left some cleaning utensils behind, not a major issue but lacking "final touch". Only major negative: carpets were machine-washed with the result the that they are clean but left smelling rather unappetisingly. Next time, use a different carpet shampoo?

Very good, only thing i would argue with is that i would’ve liked if you went behind the couches to clean and I would’ve liked if you went under the rug and cleaned. But other than that excellent!! Everywhere cleaned and left a nice smell and friendly service. Definitely will use again!!
