The two guys (for some strange reason I didn’t get their names) did an excellent job. I had a big pile of cardboard boxes from my Christmas presents which they cleared, as well as taking down my bags & boxes for recycling.

From the my fist interaction with the company they were polite were polite and understood the urgency of my request. The team who arrived were extremely professional, and hard working. I would most definitely recommend them to other companies and when planning deep cleans in the future i will be sure to be in touch . Thank you for the excellent service .

My situation was difficult, as I hadn’t done a deep clean for well over a decade, so it was not an easy job. Adriana & Constantin were excellent in what they did. They were courteous and ran through the itemised list before work began. They both worked really hard and were very careful with my possessions. They created a cleaned flat that I was extremely happy with, and they were apologetic that it couldn’t be perfect. I sympathised with them that some of the stains in the carpet would never come out. All in all it was an excellent service you provided, and I would definitely recommend your company to all that need a cleaning service. Thank you.

Had a great experience booking a cleaning through this company, their quoting process was easy to understand and the cleaners did a fantastic job. I was so glad to have something taken off my plate when trying to organise a house move, I would highly recommend if you are looking for an end of tenancy clean.

We’re very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning service provided by Hello Services Ltd. The team arrived on time and completed the work within the agreed timeframe. Everything was finished in less than 3 hours, and the service was efficient and well organised. One small suggestion for improvement would be to dry the floors after cleaning, as some dried water traces were left once the floors dried. Overall, we’re satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

Booked these guys for a well needed deep clean and I’m extremely happy with my decision! I feel much more confident in my home and it is now easier to keep on top of! Will definitely be booking in for them a few times a year, thank you again to Ibrahim and the team !!! Pictures below are after but please keep in mind that it was a state after and most of it needs new sealant haha. For a normal house it’ll be top tier x

This is the second time I’ve used this service and it was excellent . They arrived on time and were very professional and the result was very pleasing as well. This carpet on the stairs has been there for 15 years and it looks new again .

I never used them before but after trying some locals companies and not been given any quote after 4 days, hello services gave us a quote and a day in less than 2 hours. Sardar was very helpful and patience as he need it to wait for me to reach the location, explain all he was to do and spot on the timing. Recommended!
