The service was easy to book, quotes came through quickly and was easy to make amendments. Clear communication via email and the booking portal. The two gentleman were amazing and left the place sparkling clean. Will be booking again!

Was very easy to book. Made a last minute booking for a deep clean and the cleaners arrived prompt and were very friendly. They did a great job and I’m happy with how much better my house looks. The price was higher than I would’ve liked to pay really and I don’t think they needed the 5 hours booked but still happy with what they did

The Cleaning Team did a brilliant job helping us with our spring cleaning. They handled both the house and deck, and everything was spotless by the end. What stood out was that they didn’t just rush through it — they took their time to get things right, and it showed. Very professional and easy to work with. I’d happily recommend them to anyone needing a deep clean.

Sardar was absolutely fantastic, prompt, he took a very smelly sofa (cat urine which had aged for years) and made it new again. The smell has gone, we will use again for sure. Can't recommend enough.

Sadar has completed 8 deep cleans over three weeks for us. I have been impressed with the standards achieved especially on some of the flats where the tenant has lived there for many years. We continue Using Sadar and his assistant on the next properties to be done and will use the company on a regular bases when required . Sadar is the reason we will be continue with hello services. The two men turned up exactly when they were supposed to and got on with the job. I left them to it and then returned just as they were finishing. I recently used hello services for an end of tenancy clean. They were quick and efficient with quotes and booking, was able to squeeze me in last minuete. Fair price. On day, cleaner came, she was nice. There was a few areas which sadly wasn’t cleaned to what the quote said, sadly meaning our agency charged us £50 for the remaining bits to be cleaned. I spoke with Hello services and they offered to refund me £50 which my agency took. So it effectively costed me nothing, but it could have been dealt with by having the clean done correctly. Overall for the service i received I was happy, however I do believe they charged more than its worth. I basically paid someone £85 an hour. But overall, if I needed this or that doing I would consider again as they offer much cheaper rates then everywhere else.

We've just moved and I wanted the fridge freezer and oven professionally cleaned before I used them. I booked and paid online. On the day I had a call to say they were on their way and they did a great job. Much better than I could have done. I'm really happy. We're having some building work done and the house will need a deep clean. I will definitely use Hello Services when I'm ready to book that.

Hello Services were booked by a relative’s estate agent to clean her house before going on the market. Adriana & her colleague did a fantastic job cleaning out her house which was, quite frankly, in a disgusting state. The job took longer than expected & they stayed late to make sure it was completed. I can’t thank them enough!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hello services carried out a brilliant end of tenancy clean for us. Booked a couple of days before, the timing was great. Arrived on time, with all the equipment required and completed the job to a high standard.

My daughter and her friend employed hello services to move the contents of their flat in Stevenage to their new flat in London. They arrived a little early to ensure they were ready to start at 9am The flat was at the top of the three story block of flats and the three of them worked their socks off for for a couple of hours to fill a Bedford van to the brim. The flat is in south east London again top floor of three storey block. They set about unloading what I can only describe as a lot of bulky and heavy boxes etc. from the van to the flat no easy task upnthe steep and narrow stairs to the flat no lift available. All I can say is they were punctual, polite and as hard working as I have seen anyone work. I would absolutely recommend these lovely people for a move. Amazing job Thank-you

Sardar Shuker was very professional when he arrived at my flat. He was able complete everything that was agreed on in a very efficient manner also in record time. I can only recommend him further to others who need their homes cleaned in an efficient and timely manner.

I booked an after builders' clean for my new extension. The company was very professional, efficient and reliable. It was easy to communicate with them via email or telephone. They kept me updated every step of the way. Their cleaners were punctual, polite and respectful, and did an excellent cleaning job! I had a pleasant experience and would strongly recommend them.

Serdar and his colleague were brilliant. They arrived in good time, came in and got stuck in straight away. There were certainly challenges to overcome in the property, and how Serdar made the sink look new again, I'll never know. Was like magic. Wouldn't hesitate to use his team again! Thank you.

I used Hello services after having flat renovated before moving in. Booking was easy and I needed to change the booking a couple of times as work had not finished. Jose was punctual, polite and friendly. He paid great attention to detail and persisted in getting some stains out of my carpets.Tge standard of cleaning was excellent and it was lovely to move all my furniture into a clean and fresh flat I would highly recommend and definitely use hello services and specifically Jose again
