Nicole and Marius did a fantastic job at our new home. We did a deep clean with them and it transformed our house. Thank you team- highly recommend!

The cleaners were punctual, professional and friendly. For a deep clean, I think the corners of the ceilings should be done to get rid of any cobwebs. My husband & I still found cobwebs and dead spiders in corners and in some of the cupboards (it's a new house). In addition, the external porch door frame should be wiped down considering it is glass. Overall the rest of the house was done nicely.

Really great clean with Nicole and Marius, they were very thorough for our post renovation deep clean. The communication before and during the clean was also really good.

Nicole and Marius did a deep clean of our 4 bed house after renovations and I’m absolutely blown away by how thorough a job they did. They even cleaned our dogs bed!! I’d 100% recommend this service, they were totally professional, worked quickly and kept me informed of progress throughout the day. Brilliant.

I was unsure about using a company for a one off clean but went for it based on reviews. I was very impressed with the deep clean. The guys who came were very professional and equally as lovely. Apologised and said they did their best with the oven, I checked it expecting it not to be great ( it was pretty baked in grease etc and it was gleaming.! Definitely not in need of apologies.! Would highly recommend and use the service again

The best cleaning service I've ever used. It sounds strange but most companies don't seem overly fussed to truly deep clean and Hello Services went above and beyond in their efforts.

The team, consisting of Nicole, Mariusz and Violeta, evinced exceptional efficiency, professionalism, speed and friendliness. We are delighted with the outcome of their comprehensive deep-cleaning performance and have decided to have Hello Services provide staff for our regular domestic cleaning on a fixed basis from now on. A big thank you to Tina and Rachel for coming in and doing a deep house clean this Saturday. Spent 4 hours deep cleaning the kitchen. Carpets. Dusting and cleaning behind beds and sofas. Very pleased. Smells and feels slot lighter around the house. Pet hairs gone and definitely less sneezing (allergies amongst the young ones). We would highly recommend this pair and would definitely have them back in a few months.

I gave Nicole and Marius a hard to achieve goal. But they went far beyond what I had expected. The whole house shines from top to bottom. The cooker is like new - I was quite embarrassed by it before. The leather furniture is back to as it was over 10 years ago. This was a one off as I have struggled due to more aches and pains than usual, and a double bereavement. But it may not be the last time I see Nicole and Marius.... A very very happy customer.

Diana and Alex carried out a deep clean for my property prior to new tenants arriving. The actually cleaning was superb and I would highly recommend them. The only downside was the office and booking system. The poor couple had to travel from Wimbledon to sidcup after waiting for the previous client to attend and were 2 and a half hours later than booked. However, Diana and Alex were extremely polite and apologetic and did a fantastic job.

I would definitely recommend this company for any kind of cleaning, i had a deep clean done in a flat i was moving into that was left in a disgusting state by the previous tenants. The girls who cleaned it left it in a spotless and outstanding condition when they finished.

Great cleaning services! I had a deep clean done in our flat with cleaning of mattress, sofa, rug, kitchen appliances, exterior & interior windows. Two cleaners were present to tackle the job. They were very friendly and they worked efficiently. They did a fantastic job and were very meticulous! They didn’t miss any corner of the flat and did all the job quoted at a high standard. For instance, the washing machine seal was like new again. I have been trying to clean it myself multiple times, without success. Overall, I was extremely happy with the results and will definitely book again the same service once a year!!

I was initially quoted £135 to deep clean a studio flat. On the day, 2 cleaners arrived and one of them proceeded to take pictures and saying the place is in a state (isn’t that why a deep clean is requested)? They left the property and I received a call from the company saying due to the grime, etc, it would cost another £200! I felt I wasn’t in a position to argue as it was my recently deceased brother who lived there and I had to clear it, so I paid and they came back. Apart from the attitude of the picture-taker, I have gone back today to check and I cannot fault their cleaning. Everywhere was spotless and all appliances smear-free. They cleared out at least 20 plastic carrier bags, and other sundries so 4 stars they’ve got. I think they should offer an in-person quote so they can see the condition and give an accurate quote.

Excellent service. I had a deep clean and the price quoted was very reasonable for a very large 5 bed house with a large basement. Due to a leak we had to do a deep clean. The team that came were very polite, cheerful and worked very hard. So a big thank you to them and appreciate all the hard work they did and was very happy with their work. I booked this company having never used a deep clean service before. The website was easy to use and I liked that you could see the cost of each service required. We had a full competitive quote within an hour. They were easily able to accommodate the day we needed the clean to be done and so helpful when we needed to tweak the quote and the day. Communication has been brilliant throughout. On the day of the clean the ladies were very prompt and did a fabulous thorough job. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Really pleased with the service and results. We had a deep clean throughout ( - the photos don’t do it justice), including having the lounge carpet shampooed and oven cleaned. Everything looked immaculate after Konstantin and Mariana had finished. I had my reservations after seeing some negative reviews but our experience was excellent. Excellent deep cleaning service from Amar and Yusuf. Arrived on time at very short notice and performed a thorough clean of our new house after was left very grimey and uncared for. Did brilliantly with all appliances, blinds, and bathrooms. Carpets are almost a brand new colour. They worked all day through it and were extremely friendly before and after the cleaning. Extremely satisfied.

I called to book a deep clean on a Friday and Hello services found a team for the next day! Zaher and his team did a fantastic job, very thorough and professional. Milad and his assistant did an excellent pre-move deep clean of our new home, turned up on time, spent longer than expected and were very friendly - thanks so much. We were pleasantly surprised at how well each room was done and in particular how exhaustively they cleaned the kitchen and appliances. It was great to walk in after the clean and see not only a very clean home but very fresh smelling, like-new. Thank you!

At first I was worried about the quality of the service after reading some bad reviews but Ferraz team was very professional. They arrived earlier than the appointment time which is impressive. We had the house (3 bed 2 bath) deep clean. They took about 6 hrs and left the house clean. They walked us around the house at the end to check if we’re happy with it and everything was cleaned properly. I think part of it is a luck as well, it depends on which cleaning persons/ company you’re getting.
