We are extremely satisfied with the cleaning services provided and we are truly grateful for the efficiency and friendliness received.

Izabel was AMAZING. Her attention to detail went above and beyond. I walked into a home that smelt lovely and fresh and was spotless. Every little awkward nook and cranny had been cleaned, my bathroom gleamed and she had even done my washing up and put my recycling out... Value for money doesn't even come close..I will definitely use them again and I have no qualms about a 1000% recommendation.

The job was secured very quickly, for a fair price and I was pleased with the communation prior to arrival and the level of cleaning I was provided.

Jose and his helper, were very professional, did a excellent job cleaning a very tough job, property had been rented out for 10 years to a lady . this then followed a break in by some undesirables who trashed the property. Jose restored the property for me.thank you very much.

The service was excellent. Zack and his transfer teammate were knowledgeable, they knew what to clean, how to clean. They had all the equipments, they were on time. And the cleaning was very much satisfactory. And this service is not that expensive either. I would recommend this.

Very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions and reworking quote. Appreciated being able to have my booking confirmed at very short notice as my father in law was due to return home from hospital rather than going to a care home. Frances was great at communicating on the day and checked what was needed. She and her colleague worked solidly to get the work done and discussed options with me on curtain cleaning and made sure I knew what best options were. They brought all the equipment, removed all rubbish from the house, put back furnishings left the house looking amazing and smelling fresh. Both worked efficiently and cheerfully the whole time. Happy to book again.

The Cleaning team did a very good job. They cleaned every room and every where very thoroughly in the flat.

Honestly they did an amazing job they left my apartment smelling fresh and beautiful. The ladies worked hard and did very well with the cleaning.

The team did a great job and were thorough and efficient. I have closley considered whether to raise this rather sensitive issue but on balance thought as a business you would like to know. With the exception of the team leader, the other 3 cleaners had strong body odour (which i realise will be partly down to the physical nature of the job however I felt the strength of the odour was more than this and quite unpleasant) Secondly (and again not a major issue) when offered and accepting drinks and snacks (whilst i realise their English was not good which is fine) they should be taught simple words like thank you. Overall very pleased with the service. Thanks Kathryn

Our re-clean of the house was brilliant and Mohammed is an excellent worker.

Quick to arrange a time to do the cleaning. Staff are friendly and helpful but sometimes you need to tell them they miss some not so obvious places like the corners. In general I am happy with their service.

Hello fresh dealings and communications are great, Specially thanks to OmPrakash and his guy who made the home clean, which looks great and wonderful. The house look shiny and 100% recommendation for their team.

The whole process from booking the service to completion of job was smooth and perfect. The two cleaners arrived on time and left the house spotless within 2.5 hours. I was very pleased with the service.

The cleaning was completed to a satisfactory standard with the exception of my having to point out that they hadn’t cleaned the top of the fridge/freezer. The male cleaner immediately rectified this but with no acknowledgement or apology. When they arrived, they offered no ID and didn’t introduce themselves. Once I’d shown the male cleaner into the kitchen, his comment was “You haven’t paid”. As your company’s process is that a bank transfer payment can be made in advance of the work or a cash payment made before the work commences when the cleaners arrive, I don’t believe that’s an acceptable way for your employee to address the subject. It could’ve been better phrased e.g “I understand you’ve agreed to pay in cash and I need to take payment before we start the work”. He opened the fridge and said “It’s not empty”. I explained that my intention was to empty the fridge and freezer once they arrived to avoid having food out of the fridge/freezer any longer than necessary. He did, however offer to help me remove the contents, which he did.

The clean was very good thank you . The 2 ladies were nice to mum and worked hard. The house on the whole looks much better and smells nice. A couple of things to mention We didn’t know you required cash before the clean so mum had to go to bank . The cleaners didn’t move furniture to clean behind so we will need to do that ourselves The outside of the upstairs windows were not cleaned

Thank you for the quality of the service provided. The ladies came on time (8 minutes early), they were very professional, and their work was absolutely beautiful and spotless.

Jose was so brilliant, kind and professional. The place looked cleaner than when we moved in. It really put my mind at ease.
