Excellent deep clean of our house from a the team with Nicole, Marius and co. They were on time, and had good attention to detail from top to bottom, including dust collected behind wardrobes and in carpets. Would definitely recommend.

Just had a 2 bed flat deep cleaned and carpets steam cleaned. The cleaners did an amazing job, moving furniture, hoovering everywhere twice, deep cleaning bathrooms, windows and living spaces. The flat looks sparkling clean now and the carpets are back to their original colour. What a super service.

Izabell and her team did an excellent job cleaning my flat ready to go up for sale. She even threw away rubbish I had left in the flat, and cleaned the shower door 3 times to get rid of the old soap scum and limescale. Very affordable for a full deep clean, including white goods, oven, and carpets. Thanks so much!

The cleaners turned up earlier than expected and waited for my arrival without any issues. They looked over the place and I left them to get on with the job. They were very helpful and cleaned to a high standard. 3 hours later the house looked like a show home. I was very impressed and happy with how my house looked and smelt and feel it was worth every penny. They were professional, kind and empathic. They couldn't do enough to ensure I was happy and I would definitely recommend and use again. Fantastic job ladies. Thank you so much 💖, I feel proud to show my home off.

The cleaners were in time and gave an excellent deep clean. They were friendly but professional.

Booked a deep clean for 1pm today and received a call to ask if they could come earlier which we were fine with. We have a medium 3 bedroom retracted house and they were here for almost 3 hours, working hard the whole time. The team consisted of two ladies who were very friendly and polite. They had no problem with us being in while they cleaned, we just up when they went down, and vice versa. The house is spotless and they even cleaned the oven, which would have been a call out job on its on. They offered us to check around before taking payment, and didn’t even count the money. It was all there! Really professional, polite and thorough. Would definitely use them again and can recommend them 100%

Yes amazing cleaning team that attended my property and I really recommend this company to anyone that would like a one of deep clean. And great customer service from (Mariam) that was dealing with my booking and even when I was getting confused by the emails she reassured me with a phone call. The cleaners however were 45 minutes late which was disappointing but the results were fantastic.

I booked a one-off intensive clean of my house. I found everyone I dealt with throughout - both the office and cleaners - to be friendly and professional. The cleaners arrived promptly and immediately got to work. I needed to be elsewhere for much of the time but as promised I was kept informed of progress so that I could get back in time. What I found was a much refreshed house! I was shown round all areas and everything was sparkling,shiny and spotless. The cleaners also alerted me to a problem they had noticed with an external overflow pipe which had been gushing cascades of water for a spell. Fortunately this was a one off related to some just completed plumbing work. But I was very grateful to have been told about it. I was really impressed with the overall service I received and would be happy to use this company again.

I have booked a deep clean to my apartment as a good summer clean. Hello Services were very quick in providing me available dates and details about the service. The team was very professional and the apartment was sparkling after the cleaning. Amy and the team members were very polite and respectful of the property. All areas of the apartment were really well cleaned and I am very happy with the service provided.

I had the wonderful Nicole and Marius who did a deep clean of my new home. They were absolutely fantastic and went over and above; every nook and cranny, secondary glazing that was filthy and they even cleared out the spiders from the porch for me! I will be using them again and can say in total confidence that they will leave your home sparkling - as well as being incredibly lovely people. Recommended.

Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning everything top to bottom they were also super knowledgable and took the time to help me figure out the logistics of everything, as a girl moving by herself into a new home. They are lovely people and true professionals, couldn’t recommend them more!

Lovely team came to clean my home of 40 years who were amazing. A thorough clean was carried out with 3 lovely members fully equipped that I did not need to provide anything. This is my fifth time using their services for a one off deep clean, I have not been let down even when they had to provide a free re-clean at one of the visits. They are extremely friendly with easy approach. It is like I return to a brand new home each time when they attend even though I have had different teams sent sometimes surprisingly all have been very pleasant experiences for me and my husband. I have used other companies in the past but never close to how good this company really is. They are very wanting to please everybody and meet their requirements. I am very happy and will be returning very soon.

Anna and Zuzanna arrived promptly and worked their socks off for a little over 6 hours on a deep clean of my 4 bed, 3 bath, 3 reception house. This included a deep clean of my oven (which was a full day's job in itself in my opinion!), hob extractor, microwave and dishwasher as well as all the interior windows. Tiled floors and walls in the conservatory, kitchen, utility and bathrooms were all steamed within an inch of their lives and are now gleaming. They were both friendly and courteous, asking me to check their work as they went along, even pointing out potential issues along the way, and rectified one minor oversight immediately and without question. The clean was brilliant and I would definitely book these two again! Many thanks x

We had arranged for a deep clean of our new property, carpets and sofas following a house move. Following a complicated completion date, we had to rearrange our service for the next day. Despite this, Ioana and her team were very kind and understanding, and helped me to rearrange the deep clean for the next day without fuss. Ioana and her team arrived promptly. Ioana and I had a chat upon her arrival where she asked if I had any particular areas in the property which I felt needed extra attention. She explained what will be happening and gave aftercare instructions for the carpet following it’s shampoo. The team were professional, friendly and worked incredibly hard to make our new house a home. The property, carpets and sofas were spotless and the house smelt so fresh. Following the deep clean I was invited to inspect the property to ensure I was satisfied before the team left. My sincere thanks to Ioana and her team for such excellent service - I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The service from beginning to end was brilliant. The quote was emailed to me, I called up and got a deep clean booked in on the date I wanted. I also had an email and text reminder about the appointment. We moved into a house that was dirty. It hadn't been cleaned in years and smelled. Ana and her team did an excellent job. We had Ana and her team to deep clean our new house before we moved in. They did a fantastic job, very professional. Ana kept me well informed through the day of their progress and was very flexible working round our movers when the clean took longer than planned due to the previous owners leaving the house in a bit of a state. They stayed till the house was sparkling and completely surpassed my expectations.

Nicole and Marius did an amazing job deep cleaning our new house before we moved in. They were so thorough and left it sparkling. We will definitely have them back for periodic deep cleans and it’s a shame they don’t do weekly cleaning.

We have just moved into what can only be described as a student house. Vlasta and her team came and spent five hours deep cleaning every inch of the property.
