MD's (Mahdi) team came to deep clean for us after we bought our first house and the seller left it in a horrible state. They did an AMAZING job! Not a speck of dust left, all the grime gone, sparkling windows, the carpets are a whole different colour after a shampoo, and the appliances are actually white again. Moved in to a new flat that required a good clean. The Hello team did a fantastic job. Mehdi was efficient and professional. The place looked amazing after it was finished. I highly recommend.

I booked for a house deep cleaning job with Hello. They called on the day to say the cleaner was ill. Postponed to 3 days later, no one turned up and when I called, it seemed the cleaner was still ill. I was starting to get really annoyed and thought I would be doing a very bad review. But after the job was done, I cannot but give full 5 stars for the team which did it. Constantin, his wife Adriana and their team did a marvellous job! So if you live in West Midlands and this team (from Oldbury) is assigned to your job, I am sure will get your money's worth... or even more. Totally recommended!

Booked in for a one-off deep clean. The house has never been cleaner! Halwest and his colleague cleaned everything thoroughly and gave a walk through at the end to check things over and make sure we were happy. I'm delighted, and the house looks great after this much needed refresh.

We needed some one urgently to clean my elderly parents flat. We all are very impressed with the customer service. Kitchen hood was very grease but they have done a good job, overall I have to give them 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in everything what ever I have asked for

I have recently had a lot of work done in my small flat which has left it grubby and, following surgery, I haven't been able to clean up myself. I booked a deep clean and a carpet shampoo. The team arrived as scheduled and started work, room by room. They were friendly, efficient and considerate. When they finished, I was asked to check through and confirm that I was satisfied. I was certainly satisfied with their work, the place hasn't been that clean for ages. I would certainly recommend Hello Services and I am already preparing a list of odd jobs for the handyman service as well. Great job and very happy with the way it looks now. Thanks

We booked a deep clean of the house in the Blackpool area including kitchen appliances. The team arrived on time, we discussed the requirements and left them to it. Five hours and a team of three saw the job done. We're very happy with the result and would use them again.

We used Hello services recently. My elderly mum moved into residential care and her flat required a deep clean after she moved out. The couple that came arrived promptly, I was unsure about payment for the services however this was explained and dealt with quickly. They carried out a very thorough clean and we were very pleased with the results. They left everything beautifully clean. We would definitely recommend Hello Services.

Oh WOW this was money well spent!!! Booked for deep clean as moving house. Team of 3 turned up and blitzed the place. High dusting, cleaning all internal windows, skirting boards wiped down, all kitchen cupboards wiped down,hoovering, cleaned oven and washing machine. Worked around our removals team and we're very personable. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Thank you so much to Miriam, Reem and staff for a superb Deep Clean of my daughter and family’s home in preparation for the discharge of a child from hospital. A long vigil of 24 hr hospital attendance does not leave much time for house cleaning - then suddenly all has to be clean and spotless in preparation to welcome home a sick child. When the situation was explained to Miriam she immediately pulled out all the stops and sent in her team the very next day. They did an excellent job including carpet, oven and window cleaning - all those jobs that you just dread having to do especially when time is limited. The compassionate and rapid attention and fantastic and professional clean of this company took a weight from my family’s shoulders and enabled them to get on with the other things needed to prepare for my Great Grandson’s hoped for homecoming. Excellent service! Andi and Alina turned up promptly and did a fantastic job deep cleaning our new home which had been left in a state by the previous occupiers. I went out and left them to it and, when I got back 3 hours later, it was like a different house - all the pet smells and dirt gone! Would recommend.

Well worth the money for such a thorough deep clean. Ahmed and Milo stayed quite late until the job was completed. A carpet we thought we might have to replace has a new lease of life and all the windows are sparkling. Thank you, I would definitely use them again.

Booked online. Easy to arrange and turned up when they said they would. The house had a young man and two dogs living in it for the last 9 months and no cleaning had been done. I expected them to turn up and run away when they saw how bad it was but they didn’t. This house has been transformed and is spotless top to bottom. Well worth the money paid and would highly recommend.

I discovered Hello services on line as hey provided deep cleaning services. The job was on behalf of my my brother who has limited mental capacity. Anna was assigned to the job. Although the flat was in a terrible state Anna did a marvellous job, not just transforming the place but also taking the time to build a relationship with my brother. I would totally recommend her. It wasn't just a job for her but she cares about individuals too.

This is my first experience and it has been great from booking the service for deep cleaning to the end when the cleaners left my house. The process was easy. Nicole and Marius were punctual, reliable and did a very good job cleaning my house. They take great care to look after my items and gadgets when cleaning so it was very assuring. The team that arrived from Hell Services to conduct my deep clean on my new home were excellent. My partner and I recently bought a new house, before moving in we wanted to deep clean the house to remove all traces of the previous owners. Nicole and Marius absolutely blitzed the place, they even turned the stained carpets into something usable.
