Very good communication and reasonable quote . Overall I was happy with the standard of cleaning . The kitchen however was not upto scratch . Some cabinet fronts were not cleaned properly . Unfortunately the cleaners had left before I visited .

I booked a one time clean at short notice. Ismael and Ali arrived right on time and were very friendly and efficient. They did a fantastic job. We will definitely use them again and strongly recommend.

Ismael and Ali arrived on time and were communicative before arriving. They did a great and thorough job for our post build clean and I would thoroughly recommend them. We will definitely use them again.

I don't give the highest score for anything but one reason for an 8 rather than a 9 was the cleaners where caught in traffic and failed to contact me when they knew they would be late.

Sardar was very professional with cleaning and made sure I was happy before he left and before he started the job he asked what my expectations were and through out the whole cleaning process he made sure I was happy before moving to different rooms or floor. I highly recommend him !!

I have used Hello Services before and when I bought this flat ( it needed a good clean before I shift in) I used them again, Angelique and her team are excellent and I'm very happy with the result. It was easy to book online. I booked very last minute and they accommodated ever so well. I got sent a message when they were about 15 minutes away which I love!!! Very friendly they went through everything throughly. Pictures were taken of before and after. I got a phone call when they were on the last bit of cleaning to see if I could make it. I wasn’t able to get to the property when they finished and I got sent the photos and proof that the front door wash shut. The house was very clean

Really happy with the service Mike and his colleague provided. Cracked on with the job in hand quickly and effectively. Everything cleaned really well... mattresses smell lovely and fresh, blinds looking much better and windows gleaming! All the jobs I hate doing. Both really polite and friendly. Would have scored a ten but marked down as slightly higher on price than I would have liked .

Communication with cleaning team was good, especially as the date had to be rearranged and there were delays with their arrival time which were outside of their control. The team worked really hard and did an amazing cleaning job in cleaning an empty property getting it ready to be sold. Thank you!

Fantastic service from start to finish, booking was easy and any questions were answered promptly. The price was competitive and although £20 to £50 more than others totally worth the extra. The guys turned up on time and went straight to work. Was a post builders clean and the house was spotless when finished. Really impressed and my thanks to the three guys who did the work. I would definitely recommend and will use again for my own cleaning requirements.

Absolutely blown away by my move in clean done by Lisbeth and Amrica (sorry if the spelling is incorrect). They far exceeded my expectations and did such a thorough job. The communication on the day was excellent. Did a walk through before and after. I cannot thank or recommend them more highly.

The cleaning team were amazing! We had got the keys the day before and the house was left in a right state, the cleaners came at 9:30am and didn’t leave until it was spotless at 6pm. I could not recommend them enough, they worked so hard all day to get our new house looking clean and shiny. Thank you!

This experience was great. The booking process is very easy and convenient, and made me confident I was getting the best price possible. Our cleaner, Joseph was very friendly and efficient, and we’re very happy with our clean!

They did an excellent job and were really friendly and professional. The only thing I was disappointed with is they don't clean items that are on top of shelves and units. I had to remove them, which meant after they finished, I then still had to polish all the items myself and put them all back. The whole point of paying someone to do the cleaning is so I don't have to do it myself in my opinion. But otherwise I'm very happy.
