It was straight forward to organise. The cleaning team have done a good job.

Fab work given the amount of dust. Could have cleaned mirrors a bit more and there was minor dust left but this was post building work. And within 3 hrs they exceeded my expectations! 9.5 if I could

I was very pleased with the work carried out by Ibi. My only reservation would be that I hadn't realised you were based in Coventry which is a long journey to our location.

Very good communication and reasonable quote . Overall I was happy with the standard of cleaning . The kitchen however was not upto scratch . Some cabinet fronts were not cleaned properly . Unfortunately the cleaners had left before I visited .

It was easy to arrange and the job done was great!

Great service and communication, booked deep clean quickly and easily, cleaners were polite and punctual and did a fab job, I would recommend to anyone. Brilliant!

The team who cleaned the house were fantastic. They talked me through what they were going to do and completed a walk through of the property first. When I came back to the house it was like stepping into a different place. We completed another walk through and they should me videos of the oven cleaning and carpets. A really great service.

Excellent service on the day, but some mistakes were made when I made the booking

Easy to book the service I needed when I wanted. A bit expensive but overall good.

No one gets a 10! A lamp was missed in the kitchen, but from the disgraceful state the tenant left the house in, I am very pleased with the result.

Peter and his team did a fantastic job! He was very helpful and polite and he accommodated our needs at best if his abilities. I felt they all went above and beyond. The house looked brand new after they left. I couldn’t be more grateful.

They were nice, professional and friendly. They were happy to help us with bringing out trash as well. Left the property in a better state than how we got it.

I don't give the highest score for anything but one reason for an 8 rather than a 9 was the cleaners where caught in traffic and failed to contact me when they knew they would be late.

Excellent service, prompt response times and happily accommodated a last minute request for a Sunday morning end of tenancy clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and highly competent. We were really pleased with the clean of the apartment and would definitely use again. Thank you!

On time, friendly and even agreed on small extras that I've asked. Really pleased. Missed small bits of paint, but really small and negligible.

I had 3 friendly ladies that arrived on time. They worked hard and made a real difference in the rooms I’d paid for especially the bathroom. It smelt fresh and sanitised.

I have used Hello Services before and when I bought this flat ( it needed a good clean before I shift in) I used them again, Angelique and her team are excellent and I'm very happy with the result. Super friendly and professional, did a fantastic job!

It was easy to book online. I booked very last minute and they accommodated ever so well. I got sent a message when they were about 15 minutes away which I love!!! Very friendly they went through everything throughly. Pictures were taken of before and after. I got a phone call when they were on the last bit of cleaning to see if I could make it. I wasn’t able to get to the property when they finished and I got sent the photos and proof that the front door wash shut. The house was very clean

Really happy with the service Mike and his colleague provided. Cracked on with the job in hand quickly and effectively. Everything cleaned really well... mattresses smell lovely and fresh, blinds looking much better and windows gleaming! All the jobs I hate doing. Both really polite and friendly. Would have scored a ten but marked down as slightly higher on price than I would have liked .

Communication with cleaning team was good, especially as the date had to be rearranged and there were delays with their arrival time which were outside of their control. The team worked really hard and did an amazing cleaning job in cleaning an empty property getting it ready to be sold. Thank you!

My whole experience was brilliant. From calling & speaking to Michael (he managed to arrange a deep clean at really short notice) to the incredible Cristos, who worked so hard and did such an amazingly thorough job. So grateful!

Very friendly staff who arrived early, started straightaway and did an absolutely first rate job. They communicated clearly and regularly so I was kept informed and allowed to get on with my day without too much disruption. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Adam and his team were nothing short of wonderful. They were punctual, professional and worked so hard from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. I have never had a clean done so thoroughly - it feels like a new house! The standard was to a high standard and surpassed all expectations.
