First time using Hello Services and I was not disappointed! I needed a deep clean for a 1 bedroom flat and the team did a wonderful job - all was pristine, including appliances! In just 2 hours! Definitely worth the price!

I just completed the purchase of a new flat. From the viewings, the property was incredibly well kept but once I got in there, it was clear that it wasn't maintained from a cleanliness perspective. Ervis came in and spent 5.5hrs deep cleaning the entire property. He did an incredibly thorough and diligent job. I'm delighted with how it turned out. I'd highly recommend him. ***** stars.

Two friendly and extremely hard-working young men did a fantastic job on my parents house this morning in Edinburgh. My father has alzheimers and had to be in the house which was no trouble to them . Would recommend and definitely use Hello Services again.

So happy with the deep clean to my bathroom! The two cleaners who turned up were great. They turned up early, were polite and did an amazing job on the bathroom and interior windows. I will definitely be using them again in the near future. The price was very reasonable for the work completed.

I could not be more impressed. Hello services attnded a property and undertook a particularly bad deep clean. There was no fuss, the team arrived and immediately got stuck in, fantastic service start to finish, will definately use the service again.

I asked Hello Services for a deep clean of the carpets of a house in London we were moving into. Loqman and his colleague arrived on time and were incredibly fast in firstly hoovering all to be worked on and then deep cleaning a total of seven sets of carpets across our first and second floors including carpeted stairs. After this, they hoovered under the cupboards and behind the washing machine, tumble dryer and areas of the kitchen that even the previous owners, then following tenants had never cleaned! They spent a good 45 minutes on this alone and charged nothing additionally, but worked diligently throughout and left a great impression on our new home. Must use Loqman and his team and I have already begun recommending them and Hello Services.

The deep cleaning of the house was carried out to an exceptional standard. The staff were helpful and friendly. They exceeded my expectations.

Hannah and Charlotte were amazing! They gave my elderly mum’s house a deep clean. Polite and very pleasant, they both worked so hard for 4 hours, would not stop for a drink or chat and left the house so very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Where I was apologising for the state of this and that, they said that I wasn’t to worry and that they would deal with it. And they did! I am so glad that I engaged Hello Services and that I got these two girls allocated to clean for me. If you live in the Swansea area and need the services of professional cleaners, use Hello Services. Hopefully, Hannah and Charlotte will come to you too.

Called in to do a clean after the new tenants advised the outgoing tenants had not cleaned before vacating. They were very accommodating with dates and delayed to allow new tenants unpack. The new tenants are very pleased and confirmed that they did an excellent job. Will use again

Deep cleaning service from Jon with Hello Services was excellent. I had filled in the form slightly optimistically and he took it in his stride and brought up the damaged carpets so well that I might not need to replace them. A different cleaning company had quoted £130 more than Hello Services and weren't even going to bother deep cleaning the carpets because they were 'too far gone'. Friendly, helpful and fast.

Quote online for a deep clean was very speedy & competitive, it very clearly stated what was included in the price. To arrange a date was very easy as a result of their follow up phone call. On the appointment day Gyuven arrived on time & his clean of the property was phenomenal. We have never seen the bathroom so sparkling clean. We highly recommend Hello Services and will use them again without hesitation.

I ordered a deep clean for our 4 bedroom home. We are currently living in the home and it is fully furnished. At the correct time the cleaning crew arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to see 4 cleaners in the crew. They all worked continuously from 09:15 to 12:45. Overall they have done a really good job. There are the odd missed detail here and there but not enough to be disappointed about. They did everything that was on the invoice.

Lovely cleaners great empathy with the clients situation and flagged up improvements that would be beneficial for his care. Would highly recommend them.

We booked for a deep clean for a house we were moving into with short notice. The friendly team turned up on time, fully equipped and blitzed the house in just over 2 hours. The house was spotless when we returned, carpets given a wash and new lease of life, appliances and windows cleaned. It really felt like a transformation, even though the house wasn't in a bad state to start with. The process really helped us move in and feel like the house was ours. First class! We booked a one-off deep clean (and appliances) on the Friday night and the cleaners arrived on time at 9:00am on the Monday morning. They were so thorough and professional. The oven looked as though they had replaced it with a brand new one! Very impressed and will certainly recommend

We had a full rewire carried out in our flat so inevitably, everything was covered in dust and grit. We also had guests coming to stay with us very soon after the rewiring so we used Hello Services to carry out an after builders clean. The MD Scotland team who came to do the cleaning did a fantastic job. They were extremely thorough and dusted and cleaned all surfaces, including my bike which was stored in the box room which wasn't even particularly clean to begin with. It was definitely money well spent and we could relax in our flat again without being covered in dust! We would definitely hire the MD Scotland team again for any other deep cleaning jobs.

I just moved in to an older flat that desperately needed a deep clean. I ordered Hello Service at 13pm and at 15pm Sardar & Sedatin Sarwa arrived. The flat is now spotless!! So happy with the deep clean we had yesterday. The cleaners that came were so friendly and really listened to us. They cleaned really throughly, our windows are sparkling clean and our appliances look great too. The best bit was the skirting boards, they got them up white again! Very impressed.

My grandad booked a deep clean in cardiff area with this company and the clean was impeccable. He was contacted the day before the clean and the lady introduced who she was and arranged a more suitable time for him. Grandad said they really made themselves at home there, chatting to him, listening to his stories. It was so nice for him to have that company for a while. The flat was cleaned, every inch and even cleaned his cooker and microwave for free. We just wish they did weekly cleaning as grandad warmed to them and is weary of booking with someone else for his cleaning. Reading mixed reviews on here but we can honestly say the clean amazing. And grandads very happy. I’m sure he said the cleaners name Was Hanna. We will definitely book again.

I needed my new rental deep cleaned and got a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule it for the next day! There were supposed to be two cleaners but one was sick, however the one cleaner who came did a fantastic job. He said that with two people it usually takes 3 hours but he stayed for 6 and made sure our house was sparkling. He was very efficient and was able to work around us unpacking. I’m sorry I cannot remember his name but thank you very much!

Booked a deep clean of kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms, bathroom and toilet as my mother was moving into a care home. Expected the usual spray, wipe and brush but was totally unprepared for the excellent attention to detail, thorough cleaning and even degrease of high tiles behind the top greasy kitchen units.Extra areas also given attention and cupboards and drawers all dusted. The 3 men worked tirelessly for nearly 4 hours and the result was amazing- I have no problems recommending them to anyone wanting a 1st class service- sounds a bit trite and rehearsed but absolutely true!

Hannah and her sister arrived to do a full clean at our new home. They worked diligently going through the house. 5 hours later all finished and very much cleaner. Very good job.

Adam and his team were excellent I have read a few of the Reviews on here however to be honest we had a brilliant service from Adam and his team. We booked a deep clean for a home we had just purchased in Suffolk and once each part of the house was cleaned they asked us to inspect to ensure we were completely happy. They called when they were on the way, brought all of their own cleaning products and accessories and managed to remove the build up of limescale as our property is in a hard water area. We are a genuine customer and would definetly use them again without question.

Loqman did a great job deep cleaning our flat. He was very thorough and we are very happy with it!

Brilliant service the guys turned up early which was fine and literally didn’t stop all day from 8 to 4, in 29 degree heat! No smoking breaks / no breaks at all in fact! 110% satisfied and will invite again next time we need a deep clean for sure

I took possession of a two bedroom flat in Frogmore and my furniture was due to come out of storage three days later. The flat was quite dirty and dusty so, at very short notice, two guys Mustafa and Aman arrived and spent three hours deep cleaning every part of the flat including both bathrooms, internal windows and vacuuming and shampooing the carpets. The kitchen was especially impressive. They worked extremely hard and produced an excellent result. I could not be happier. I would thoroughly recommend them.
