Superb job deep cleaning the bathroom - fast, efficient & excellent result, very pleased.

Precious and her team were excellent, very thorough, worked really hard and even arrived early to get started. For a whole house deep clean, would definitely recommend. They brought all their own products, the carpets were deep cleaned and all cupboards were left impeccable.

Great team of people who worked very fast but very thorough. Would definately recommend to anyone needing a pre move spring clean.

Having moved into our first home together as a couple, i was disgusted with the state of the house left by the previous owner. As much as I tried, the cleaning was too much. I googled and found 'Hello Services Ltd'. Customer Service was excellent, I was kept informed and their website was excellent and easy to navigate. I told them about the house and the state the kitchen was left in by the previous owner. I could not great them on the day they arrived due to work so my husband met them at the house and they did an excellent job. At last I can enjoy my home. Hello Services Ltd staff gave my house the deep clean I requested and exceeded my expectation. The house smells so much better especially the kitchen as it previously had a wet dog stench left by the previous owner. I was so embarrassed by this as it was not my doing but the previous owners doing but Hello Service Ltd staff appeared unfazed which was what made the experience even better If anyone wants their house cleaned, contact Hello Services Lrd. They are professional, friendly, courteous and they will get the job to an excellent/high standard. Found this wonderful company after searching the internet for a deep cleaning service. What a great find. Everything was arranged via email, all the jobs I wanted doing were logged and returned to me within hours. I booked a date and time and made payment by Bank Transfer the day before. A team of employees arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were friendly, professional and very thorough with the cleaning. They had brought their own products and cleaning equipment. On returning to the flat I was very impressed, the main bedroom was cleaned to high standards and ready to have the new bed due to be delivered on Friday. The bathroom was outstanding and cleaned superbly. I had to leave but feedback from my daughter was overall excellent for the rest of her flat. A grand job .

Yousuf and Zahar were punctual and keen to get started. The flat is empty as we're moving in next week and really only required a spring clean plus window clean. I had paid extra for a hob and oven clean. I left them to it and was very happy with the end result. They both did a great job and were also very friendly.

Mustafa went far and beyond, deep clean and very fast. I wasn’t too sure what to expect but bow i know, who to call for a job. Recommend him for all sorts of carpets; even Persian rugs!

We were looking for a post building work deep clean and dust of our house. Hello Services were easy and straightforward to get quote from, book and to deal with throughout. I wasn’t home during their visit and on getting back, I wasn’t completely satisfied with some of the initial cleaning of some of our awkward flooring. Hello Services sent a team to redo the problem areas free of charge. Very happy customer, great value for money service.

Absolutely amazing. Booked a deep clean. It came itemised with a list of things they would clean, and I was able to customise it. The two cleaners worked really hard for a really long time and covered a lot. Everything they cleaned is sparkling, stubborn stains have been removed. I am amazed at how much they managed to do in a day. Absolutely brilliant, would book again.

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I am putting my house up for sale and, with 4 dogs, and 2 teenagers it needed a very deep clean!! The team arrived on time and worked so hard all day, they were very polite and friendly. They thoroughly cleaned throughout to an incredible standard and left my house absolutely spotless. My windows and skirting boards were particularly awful and they now look gleaming. Thank you so much for all of your efforts - you went way above and beyond.

Faredun and team came for a deep cleaning - they did a great job and when we came back the apartment felt so much better, ready for us to move in.

Yambas team was excellent, arrived on time and assessed the house for a deep clean, they stayed 9 and a half hours and did not charge any more for it. The house was in a bad state but by the time the team finished it was so much better, they dealt with bad blood stains on the carpet and kitchen floor with professionalism. Some small things were left but that is because they focused down on the big things and kept going until they were done. Would recommend.

The cleaners did a great job with the deep clean. I think I would prefer to get a more local / independent company in next time, and may possibly get a cheaper quote.

Hannah and Charlotte both did an amazing job on our deep clean. My partner and I was anxious of the state of our house and didn't want to hire someone but they both came in, assessed the job and got to work. Friendly people, completed the job fast and to a great standard would always recommend 😁

Excellent service. Price was good for a deep clean of a large house prior to selling. They worked without a break to get the job done and the standard was high given the size of the job and the level of the dirt. I would recommend them

Booked a deep clean for my elderly fathers property whilst he is unfortunately in hospital. Was advised would take between 2-4 hours and thought price was reasonable considering amount of time & work to be done. They ended up staying almost 6 hours to ensure all promised work was completed, at no extra cost. Both cleaners were very friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend these guys for sure.

I ordered a deep clean and that’s exactly what I got. Both cleaners were very thorough and professional. My apartment is now sparklingly clean! Highly recommended.

Booked a deep clean and carpet shampoo for our new house, online booking was easy and we could add individual cleaning elements. Had booking confirmation through and WhatsApp correspondence with my cleaner Ahmad the night before and was able to add on cleaning components which we needed after discovering the state the house was left in (including appliances). Ahmad and his colleague were able to come earlier than our booked slot and stayed for 10 hours cleaning, not leaving until everything was spotless and gave us a text when they were nearly finished. The team were professional and we are really pleased with the end result, best money we ever spent.

I just completed the purchase of a new flat. From the viewings, the property was incredibly well kept but once I got in there, it was clear that it wasn't maintained from a cleanliness perspective. Ervis came in and spent 5.5hrs deep cleaning the entire property. He did an incredibly thorough and diligent job. I'm delighted with how it turned out. I'd highly recommend him. ***** stars.

I could not be more impressed. Hello services attnded a property and undertook a particularly bad deep clean. There was no fuss, the team arrived and immediately got stuck in, fantastic service start to finish, will definately use the service again.

I asked Hello Services for a deep clean of the carpets of a house in London we were moving into. Loqman and his colleague arrived on time and were incredibly fast in firstly hoovering all to be worked on and then deep cleaning a total of seven sets of carpets across our first and second floors including carpeted stairs. After this, they hoovered under the cupboards and behind the washing machine, tumble dryer and areas of the kitchen that even the previous owners, then following tenants had never cleaned! They spent a good 45 minutes on this alone and charged nothing additionally, but worked diligently throughout and left a great impression on our new home. Must use Loqman and his team and I have already begun recommending them and Hello Services.

Hannah and Charlotte were amazing! They gave my elderly mum’s house a deep clean. Polite and very pleasant, they both worked so hard for 4 hours, would not stop for a drink or chat and left the house so very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Where I was apologising for the state of this and that, they said that I wasn’t to worry and that they would deal with it. And they did! I am so glad that I engaged Hello Services and that I got these two girls allocated to clean for me. If you live in the Swansea area and need the services of professional cleaners, use Hello Services. Hopefully, Hannah and Charlotte will come to you too.

Called in to do a clean after the new tenants advised the outgoing tenants had not cleaned before vacating. They were very accommodating with dates and delayed to allow new tenants unpack. The new tenants are very pleased and confirmed that they did an excellent job. Will use again

Deep cleaning service from Jon with Hello Services was excellent. I had filled in the form slightly optimistically and he took it in his stride and brought up the damaged carpets so well that I might not need to replace them. A different cleaning company had quoted £130 more than Hello Services and weren't even going to bother deep cleaning the carpets because they were 'too far gone'. Friendly, helpful and fast.

Quote online for a deep clean was very speedy & competitive, it very clearly stated what was included in the price. To arrange a date was very easy as a result of their follow up phone call. On the appointment day Gyuven arrived on time & his clean of the property was phenomenal. We have never seen the bathroom so sparkling clean. We highly recommend Hello Services and will use them again without hesitation.
