The team of three men Robbie, Temi and Teno were absolutely superb. The team were very caring and friendly. They worked non stop and did a fabulous deep clean of the house. Exceptional value for money - thank you so much and I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

They followed their job order well, and true to their promise of a quick but quality deep-clean of the flat. I will definitely recommend this company, and specifically Cosmina to be their cleaner.

Amazing service, have just moved into a house that was empty for nearly a year, had Hello Services come and deep clean for me and what an amazing team and a thoroughly good clean. Every surface and cupboard cleaned, 2 caprets deep cleaned, scrubbed every nook and cranny, the women worked so hard. Would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. Amazing service and very easy to arrange online.

Team Waqas worked hard and were friendly. However I had to point out some work overlooked in the bathroom, and on closer inspection there were still some tiles that were untouched down in the corner by the loo that I had to clean myself. Not what I'd call a deep clean, but an adequate job for the four hours they were here. Paid to have the sofas cleaned but when I picked up the cushions all the crumbs were still there. After alerting them to the missed areas they came round the next day to finish the job, which I appreciated.

We needed a deep clean to the house before completing our sale to new owners. I requested this visit at very short notice and am absolutely delighted with the result, and I am sure the new owners will be too.

I needed a deep clean immediately on my mother’s bungalow and found Hello Services on Google Search. The service was amazing and I cannot fault it. I requested an appointment online and they gave me a complete price breakdown for the jobs I wanted done. When I received the Invoice it was easy to request to add jobs or remove jobs and then Hello Services sent me another detailed invoice with amendments and price breakdown. The lovely cleaners arrived and did the most fabulous job which was above and beyond my expectations. Payment was also straightforward, offering payment by bank transfer of the option to pay the cleaners cash on the day which is the option I went for. I would definitely use Hello Services again. So Impressive! The place was perfect and spot less. We went for a full deep clean of the flat we were renting. The carpet, mattress, bathroom, and kitchen everything was just perfect. We are so pleased with hello services. The cleaners did a fantastic job!

Precious and her team were excellent, very thorough, worked really hard and even arrived early to get started. For a whole house deep clean, would definitely recommend. They brought all their own products, the carpets were deep cleaned and all cupboards were left impeccable.

Having moved into our first home together as a couple, i was disgusted with the state of the house left by the previous owner. As much as I tried, the cleaning was too much. I googled and found 'Hello Services Ltd'. Customer Service was excellent, I was kept informed and their website was excellent and easy to navigate. I told them about the house and the state the kitchen was left in by the previous owner. I could not great them on the day they arrived due to work so my husband met them at the house and they did an excellent job. At last I can enjoy my home. Hello Services Ltd staff gave my house the deep clean I requested and exceeded my expectation. The house smells so much better especially the kitchen as it previously had a wet dog stench left by the previous owner. I was so embarrassed by this as it was not my doing but the previous owners doing but Hello Service Ltd staff appeared unfazed which was what made the experience even better If anyone wants their house cleaned, contact Hello Services Lrd. Found this wonderful company after searching the internet for a deep cleaning service. What a great find. Everything was arranged via email, all the jobs I wanted doing were logged and returned to me within hours. I booked a date and time and made payment by Bank Transfer the day before. A team of employees arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were friendly, professional and very thorough with the cleaning. They had brought their own products and cleaning equipment. On returning to the flat I was very impressed, the main bedroom was cleaned to high standards and ready to have the new bed due to be delivered on Friday. The bathroom was outstanding and cleaned superbly. I had to leave but feedback from my daughter was overall excellent for the rest of her flat. A grand job .

Yousuf and Zahar were punctual and keen to get started. The flat is empty as we're moving in next week and really only required a spring clean plus window clean. I had paid extra for a hob and oven clean. I left them to it and was very happy with the end result. They both did a great job and were also very friendly.

Mustafa went far and beyond, deep clean and very fast. I wasn’t too sure what to expect but bow i know, who to call for a job. Recommend him for all sorts of carpets; even Persian rugs!

We were looking for a post building work deep clean and dust of our house. Hello Services were easy and straightforward to get quote from, book and to deal with throughout. I wasn’t home during their visit and on getting back, I wasn’t completely satisfied with some of the initial cleaning of some of our awkward flooring. Hello Services sent a team to redo the problem areas free of charge. Very happy customer, great value for money service.

Absolutely amazing. Booked a deep clean. It came itemised with a list of things they would clean, and I was able to customise it. The two cleaners worked really hard for a really long time and covered a lot. Everything they cleaned is sparkling, stubborn stains have been removed. I am amazed at how much they managed to do in a day. Absolutely brilliant, would book again.

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I am putting my house up for sale and, with 4 dogs, and 2 teenagers it needed a very deep clean!! The team arrived on time and worked so hard all day, they were very polite and friendly. They thoroughly cleaned throughout to an incredible standard and left my house absolutely spotless. My windows and skirting boards were particularly awful and they now look gleaming. Thank you so much for all of your efforts - you went way above and beyond.

Booked a deep clean for my elderly fathers property whilst he is unfortunately in hospital. Was advised would take between 2-4 hours and thought price was reasonable considering amount of time & work to be done. They ended up staying almost 6 hours to ensure all promised work was completed, at no extra cost. Both cleaners were very friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend these guys for sure.

I ordered a deep clean and that’s exactly what I got. Both cleaners were very thorough and professional. My apartment is now sparklingly clean! Highly recommended.

Booked a deep clean and carpet shampoo for our new house, online booking was easy and we could add individual cleaning elements. Had booking confirmation through and WhatsApp correspondence with my cleaner Ahmad the night before and was able to add on cleaning components which we needed after discovering the state the house was left in (including appliances). Ahmad and his colleague were able to come earlier than our booked slot and stayed for 10 hours cleaning, not leaving until everything was spotless and gave us a text when they were nearly finished. The team were professional and we are really pleased with the end result, best money we ever spent.
