I had requested for a long list of cleaning services as part of a deep clean for the entire home. The day before I was told that there was no team available but Michael pushed to find a team for me. The team that arrived on the day did a really good job considering it was just two of them for the whole house. Thank you so much!

I called Hello Services Ltd first, before calling sixteen other companies trying to get a cost-effective (good value for money) cleaning service. Not every cleaning service provided the after builders deep cleaning service requirement that I needed. In fact five or six of the cleaning companies I called recommended Hello Services Ltd. My husband was extremely impressed with the cleaning service provided with the service being of a paramount standard and without any hiccups in last-minutes changes, prompt refunding, and no jargons attached.

very friendly team who strive to do a good job, but partially let down by communication from head office, I stressed the carpets needed a deep clean, but arrived without one and had to return the following day to do it, it needed it and the whole place feels clean now

The flat needed a Deep Clean which I made clear on the enquiry form and also sent a video ,the flat actually got a good clean maybe I could go as far as a very good clean . But this morning I had a call from a neighbor informing me all the lights where on in the flat luckily I was going to meet a decorator at the Property but the lights in the hall and lounge had been left on all night.

Yesterday Jose and team came to do a deep clean of a kitchen so we can get it in a nice clean state for the house to be sold. I was so so impressed and happy with the results. Jose was on time and was a lovely man to talk to and made the kitchen look amazing. He and the other person with him were very hard working. Amazing service, have just moved into a house that was empty for nearly a year, had Hello Services come and deep clean for me and what an amazing team and a thoroughly good clean. Every surface and cupboard cleaned, 2 caprets deep cleaned, scrubbed every nook and cranny, the women worked so hard. Would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. Team Waqas worked hard and were friendly. However I had to point out some work overlooked in the bathroom, and on closer inspection there were still some tiles that were untouched down in the corner by the loo that I had to clean myself. Not what I'd call a deep clean, but an adequate job for the four hours they were here. Paid to have the sofas cleaned but when I picked up the cushions all the crumbs were still there. After alerting them to the missed areas they came round the next day to finish the job, which I appreciated.

We needed a deep clean to the house before completing our sale to new owners. I requested this visit at very short notice and am absolutely delighted with the result, and I am sure the new owners will be too.

Over an hour was wasted prior to clean due to being unorganised as the cleaners was not aware. It was a deep clean and spent more time photographing my home to send to. Management to begin the work although the clean was done to a. Good standard on inspection multiple areas was not clean sufficiently eg Dusting and polishing Due to such a delay to begin with the Job. Seemed. Rushed and not completed too a good standard Staff was. Respectful Upon reflection I would use services again providing you can guarantee to do the job to the standard I am paying for

I needed a deep clean immediately on my mother’s bungalow and found Hello Services on Google Search. The service was amazing and I cannot fault it. I requested an appointment online and they gave me a complete price breakdown for the jobs I wanted done. When I received the Invoice it was easy to request to add jobs or remove jobs and then Hello Services sent me another detailed invoice with amendments and price breakdown. The lovely cleaners arrived and did the most fabulous job which was above and beyond my expectations. Payment was also straightforward, offering payment by bank transfer of the option to pay the cleaners cash on the day which is the option I went for. I would definitely use Hello Services again.
