the service was excellent and the person doing the cleaning was very interesting talking of his own country of Sudan. The only problem was that sometimes it was difficult to make out what he was saying

Excellent communication from enquiry to completed job. Regular updates and options for any changes. On the cleaning day, there was no access to one bedroom so the team kindly did some extra cleaning to cover the time. Cleaning was to a high standard.

The actual cleaning job was good, so thank you for that. There was an alteration to the time of arrival. I had booked 9.00 but was informed the day before that you were coming at 3.00, and then there was an additional alteration on the day itself. So my score reflects this element, I think that is reasonable.

Punctual, friendly, hard-working, thorough cleaning - house looks amazing

It was OK they did what they could - just did not empty the drain in the sink with all the metal scrub fibre still stuck in it but that's really it. Otherwise really clean job.

The 2 cleaners we had were amazing, they were friendly, professional and polite. Once we are settled in our new house I will be in touch to set up regular cleaning appointment. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone.

One of the wardrobes was not clean as it was supposed to but otherwise the job was well done and for the nice price too

Arrived early which was great Bathroom left lovely and clean apart from a few minor bits Only complaint is dirty water got slashed onto my newly painted wall which has now marked it Overall a positive experience with just a few little things that could be improved

Clean and efficient job, transparent pricing

It is good. Only thing is that they did clean the lighting lamp cover in the kitchen area. We had asked them to make sure it is cleaned, and the grease is removed. But the grease is still there.

Good personable service. Quick to respond to emails. On the day I had a call 15 mins before arrival. Cleaning excellent and ensuring that everything was well done before departure.

Very impressed at how easy it was to make a booking. We had a lot of plastering done which left the rooms covered in dust and gritty bits. Cleaning service was provided in less than 24hrs of the plastering being completed. The two cleaners who came were very pleasant and polite and they did a fantastic and thorough job. The ladies did an outstanding job of cleaning and worked very hard. The only reason not to give a 10 would be price and the very prescriptive nature of the booking system which didn’t allow much flexibility on the day.

The team of three very pleasant ant polite cleaners were so hard working and very thorough doing this clean for me. The total difference they made to the house was amazing. They spent just over 5 hours at the property and absolutely transformed it into a sparkling clean and fresh home ready for the next family to move into.
