I found the services to be very professional, I had cancelled a clean but it hadn't gone through for some reason and the cleaner showed up and I didn't let him in. Hello S refunded the money taken when I explained the situation. Waqas in particular was very attentive and professional.

Very clear simple and easy to book. Knowledgeable, kind and professional cleaners. Excellent job completed.

The Salar Team did such an amazing job at our house when we moved out. They went above and beyond to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned for the new owners and could not fault it, perfect service. I was worried about other negative views saying they had no shows so got in touch with Hello Services the day before and they put me in touch with the cleaning team so I had assurance they were coming. They arrived 10 minutes early so we were very impressed.

This cleaning service was very good value, flexible in timing, hours worked and tasks completed.

I found Hello services online and they were outstanding from the outset. Not only was the cleaning service provided impeccable but their customer service is also excellent.

Hannah and her team did a great job on a full house clean. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and 2 reception rooms. All cleaned to an excellent standard, they were punctual, polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Mr Sardar and his colleague did a fantastic job at cleaning my studio flat at the end of my tenancy. They completed the job at the time they specified they would and it is to an extremely high standard. Sardar and his young cousin came along to clean the small rental I was living in prior to return to the owners. Punctual, pleasant and professional - the job they did was outstanding!! Big recommend!!

The cleaner was late so we were sceptical of how good her service would be. However, she did such an exceptional job. The house has never looked better and her attention to detail is exceptional! Everything was cleaned perfection! She even folded the towels in the bathroom to a hotel standard. 10 out of 10!

I have use this Cleaning service first time and Smit & his wife did a fantastic job, Very hard worker and friendly couple, There is a lot of cleaning required but these guys work non stop and spend around 5 hours until I say it’s fine . Will recommend others
