Company were very efficient in coming back to me with a quote, which was very reasonable, also good availability. On the day the two cleaners did a brilliant job deep cleaning the flat. Would definitely recommend this company.

I would've given the handymen 5 stars, but felt slightly let down by the admin side of things as I didn't receive confirmation that they would actually turn up on the day or any instructions about what sort of preparation would be required on my part. Fortunately they did turn up and did an excellent ob.

I called them as my brother's flat needed a good clean, I have used other cleaning services in the past and they have all been average, nothing special. However these people are so far above everyone else it is hard to begin to say how good they are. The job they did was faultless, they certainly had their work cut out for them but the flat now looks almost brand new. I am so grateful for them to do such a good job and make my brother happy with his flat. If you need something cleaned then you MUST call them - DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE as nobody will come close to how good this company is. If only I could give them 10 stars..

Had a deep clean done by this team not long ago, they have done an amazing job, couldn’t believe my eyes. Would recommend this team to anyone who needs a very thorough job done. Absolutely amazing.

I booked online last minute, as I needed a handyman urgently for the next day. When I called Hello Services, I spoke to Michelle and she was extremely helpful and arranged everything within 15 mins. Adam the handy man then came to fix my wardrobe sliding door, which were jammed and came off the ledge and did a fantastic job despite cutting his hand on the wardrobe, but he carried on and also assembled a shoe cupboard and a toy box. I was extremely impressed with his dedication to finish the task and was very polite and professional and finished in good time. A very affordable and first class service.

The couple were professional, very quiet but got on with the job- left the house sparkling clean very impressed full house took two people 3.5hours

Lokman's team did a great job for an end of tenancy clean, leaving the house in fantastic condition.

Efficient and professional. I wanted a one-off deep clean of my flat that I've been living in for 4y now. These 4 amazing ladies came in, punctual, well-equipped, systematic and thorough. My flat is spotless clean. Will definitely be a regular.

Thorough attention to detail. Especially pleased with carpet and sofa clean. Flexibility to access 2nd floor residential flats makes them a great option. My 82 year old mum was delighted about the deep clean. Thank you..will be making this a regular booking.

Very professional and thorough. Very considerate of my elderly mum who did at times get in the way a little bit.

Mahdi and Karwaan have done the excellent job by cleaning kitchen and washrooms. We are very satisfied after the cleaning result.

Good food. My only disappointment is lack of dairy free meals. We have an intolerance in our family and it was fairly easy to avoid meals with dairy, but I didn't feel there was enough. I do really enjoy the meals however and Iw ill use again.

I booked a cleaning this morning and the Lokman team showed up within hours of booking. They were extremely thorough, kind, and detail oriented. highly recommend!! So grateful they came with my last minute booking.

The process of booking was straight forward and the team were quick to respond when needed. Adam and Dinu were the cleaners assigned to us on the day and i have to say they were outstanding! I ordered a deep clean for our 4 bedroom home. We are currently living in the home and it is fully furnished. At the correct time the cleaning crew arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to see 4 cleaners in the crew. They all worked continuously from 09:15 to 12:45. Overall they have done a really good job. There are the odd missed detail here and there but not enough to be disappointed about. They did everything that was on the invoice.

I booked an end of tenancy clean for my flat and got an appointment within 24hrs! The team was punctual and well presented. They came prepared for the work and were quick to start.They worked hard through the day and their work was impeccable. Prior to this their communication were professional, timely and accurate. Highly recommend.

The guys came earlier than expected, were nice and friendly and, truth be told, the service delivered was better than expected.

Smit and Meghe were the cleaners assigned to us, and they were absolutely incredible. We ordered a deep kitchen clean, and they worked some serious magic on our hob, oven, freezer and extractor hood. The dishwasher is gleaming, and we could not be happier with the results. We very much hope to see Smit and Meghe again!

Amazing job on the clean, very friendly man, and he was even great when my landlord showed up somewhat unexpectedly to take some photos, in fact he waited until she let herself out to call me back in.

Jahquann, John and Andrew came and cleaned my house, it took roughly 4 hours. I was very happy with the results and the guys were very pleasant to speak with as well.

After an initial miscommunication with the cleaner and difficulties with the office, I was delighted with the results of my deep clean and would highly recommend the cleaner who did an amazing job with my fathers house which was very dirty after his passing. I can’t recall his name but he told me he covers Edinburgh & Glasgow for the company so would recommend him alone. Willing to forget the contact throughout the day with the main office though . Unlike the cleaner who was excellent they really need to brush up on their personal skills when dealing with customers
