The cleaning team were fantastic, a very professional and thorough job undertaken and the oven (which was initially left in a horrific state by the previous owner) now looks like its brand new! Would definitely recommend Izabell and her team

After selling our house, we hired Hello Cleaning Services to clean our house prior to completion later that same day. Izabel and her team did an excellent job on cleaning the property including all kitchen units inside and out as well as the double oven range inside and out. The only thing I would say is that you need to specify the ovens as an additional item when requesting the quote online. If you don’t specify it at the time of quote, then it’s hardly surprising if it is not included on the day. Overall we had an excellent service. It was not without hiccups along the way, but as well as being an excellent cleaner and leader, Izabel was also an excellent problem solver and managed to get the best out of her team while at all times remaining customer focused throughout. She really cared about the quality of work being done. Would I recommend them to anyone else? Yes…..without question. They got us out of a right old pickle.

Adrianna and Mariam arrived on time. I showed them what I wanted done and they did a great job. All rooms rooms upstairs hoovered and flooring downstairs mopped to a high level. Kitchen and bathroom cleaned thoroughly and windows and stair rails cleaned. The oven and kitchen cupboards look brand new and they even mopped behind the fridge, freezer, washing machine and cooker. Very happy with the service.

Nicole and Marius did an amazing job cleaning our flat at the end of our tenancy. Stains that I never thought could come out of the carpet and the oven was sparkling clean, like it was new. Highly recommend and will use again! Thanks for a superb job!

Fantastic service! Communication was great, received an email reminder a day before and a call on the day. Loredana and her colleague were very friendly and worked really hard despite the heat today and went above and beyond to make the flat spotless. Safe to say the flat was even in a better state than when we moved in - fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, cooker hood, bath and sinks were deep cleaned and look like brand new! Very impressed with the service received, thank you! Would definitely recommend Hello Services!

Great oven cleaning!

10/10 had Nicola & Marius and were very friendly and got stuck in straight away. Oven is like brand new and the carpet is like new as well! Will recommend!

I recently purchased a property which the previous occupants didn't leave in a very good state at all (food on the floors, an oven we'd pretty much written off, etc.) so was very keen to get it deep cleaned asap. Hello Services provided me with a quote in hours and I'd booked my service for the next working day. The clean was unbelievable! There wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere in property! The oven is like brand new, you can't wipe the smile off my face!! It was so lovely to move into clean home! Can't recommend Hello Services enough! They were so quick and easy to communicate with and the cleaners are miracle workers!!

Excellent Service. My flat is like new again. I had my one bedroom flat deep cleaned. Two lovely men came and spent near three hours on the job! They went way beyond anything I expected and even cleaned my bedroom carpet! Their attention to detail was amazing! My bathroom is now sparkling and my oven is like new. I would definitely recommend and already have to my friends and family. I am also planning to use a fortnightly service from this company to make sure my home stays as perfect as it is now! Vlasta arrived early with her team and after a tour of the house, the team got to work. The house was left immaculate, super clean! All surfaces, cupboards, carpets and floors were pristine! The oven was shining as were all the oven inserts. Microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge all perfect. The bathrooms and showers looked like brand new and not 13 years old! Windows left gleaming. Excellent service and would use again. Thank you!

I left the tenancy with a brilliant service and everything went smooth!! They even took great care of an oven that was really dirty and Is now back in pristine conditions.
