A great end-of-tenancy job. The guys arrived exactly on time and obviously worked hard. There are still areas that need attention but the difference from before and after is super. I thought I’d asked for the sitting room blinds to be cleaned, which weren’t done, but maybe I wasn’t clear or misunderstood? Thank you anyway.

The Cleaners attended on time and did an excellent job including making sure the whole house looked as good as new. Good service, efficient service. Disappointed that the cleaning if the cooker did not include cleaning of the hob plate. Would have thought the job would have been included since it was a total end of tenancy clean. Apart from that the cleaning was good.

3 cleaners turned up and took just over 4 hours to clean a 5 year end of tenancy 3 bed property with carpets and oven done. They did a good job and I was very satisfied with the results. Only criticism is that the oven hob pan support stands were still quite greasy/dirty, otherwise I would have given 10/10.

We have recently purchased our first home that was unfortunately left a bit grubby. We decided to get Hello services in as I had previously used them for an end of tenancy clean. They did not disappoint, Marius and Nicole came in and spent a solid 4.5 hours bringing the place back to a superb standard.
