This is the second time I've used your deep clean service and it is a very professional.

I will have no hesitation in recommending Hello Services to friends and relatives. The overall experience from the beginning to end was very positive - an apartment, occupied by an elderly relative, needed deep cleaning before it is put on the market. The quote was agreed online, an appointment was made online and two workers came on time. They did an excellent job. Thank you.

Having moved into our first home together as a couple, i was disgusted with the state of the house left by the previous owner. As much as I tried, the cleaning was too much. I googled and found 'Hello Services Ltd'. Customer Service was excellent, I was kept informed and their website was excellent and easy to navigate. I told them about the house and the state the kitchen was left in by the previous owner. I could not great them on the day they arrived due to work so my husband met them at the house and they did an excellent job. At last I can enjoy my home. Hello Services Ltd staff gave my house the deep clean I requested and exceeded my expectation. The house smells so much better especially the kitchen as it previously had a wet dog stench left by the previous owner. I was so embarrassed by this as it was not my doing but the previous owners doing but Hello Service Ltd staff appeared unfazed which was what made the experience even better If anyone wants their house cleaned, contact Hello Services Lrd. They are professional, friendly, courteous and they will get the job to an excellent/high standard. My house is gleaming and for the first time since moving in a few days ago, I am loving the house Thank you so much Hello Services Ltd

Excellent deep clean very helpful and thorough would recommend

Absolutely amazing. Booked a deep clean. It came itemised with a list of things they would clean, and I was able to customise it. The two cleaners worked really hard for a really long time and covered a lot. Everything they cleaned is sparkling, stubborn stains have been removed. I am amazed at how much they managed to do in a day. Absolutely brilliant, would book again.

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I am putting my house up for sale and, with 4 dogs, and 2 teenagers it needed a very deep clean!! The team arrived on time and worked so hard all day, they were very polite and friendly. They thoroughly cleaned throughout to an incredible standard and left my house absolutely spotless. My windows and skirting boards were particularly awful and they now look gleaming. Thank you so much for all of your efforts - you went way above and beyond.

Professional cleaners and they tried their best to deep clean our overly stained carpets.

Faredun and team came for a deep cleaning - they did a great job and when we came back the apartment felt so much better, ready for us to move in.

Yambas team was excellent, arrived on time and assessed the house for a deep clean, they stayed 9 and a half hours and did not charge any more for it. The house was in a bad state but by the time the team finished it was so much better, they dealt with bad blood stains on the carpet and kitchen floor with professionalism. Some small things were left but that is because they focused down on the big things and kept going until they were done. Would recommend.

The cleaners did a great job with the deep clean. I think I would prefer to get a more local / independent company in next time, and may possibly get a cheaper quote.

Izabell and her team did an excellent job cleaning my flat ready to go up for sale. She even threw away rubbish I had left in the flat, and cleaned the shower door 3 times to get rid of the old soap scum and limescale. Very affordable for a full deep clean, including white goods, oven, and carpets. Thanks so much!

The deep cleaning we had done was excellent! We were especially impressed by how clean and new looking the oven was. It was timely and the crew were all lovely. Highly recommended!

Maria and her team were excellent - the house was given a thoroughly deep clean before moving in. I was impressed with how much they got done in such a short time and were very thorough.

2 men turned up at the house who didn't look particularly clean and smart which I think doesn't reflect well on your company. Some kind of uniform would have been a better look. They cleaned the house to an acceptable standard although not sure I would call it a 'deep clean'. The one who appeared to be in charge was quite polite though and did let me know beforehand that they would be later than arranged due to traffic.

You stepped in during a difficult time and at short notice did a fab deep clean to a very challenging property. Very happy with the work you've done . So why 9 and not 20? Little pricey but you have offered a discount on another domestic clean, which is great. Thanks for helping at such short notice

I was very pleased with the deep clean of my kitchen. The ladies and gentleman were very polite, and worked very hard. They rang to say they were running a little latter than schedule and told me what time they would arrive. Which was appreciated. I definitely would use the service again. 9 scored only because I had booked for 9am. But the lady rang the night before to say they were double booked and would be there at 1pm and luckily it was ok as there was someone around all day.

I needed a deep clean to my flat ready for a new tenant to move in. The whole service was organised very quickly and the flat was cleaned to a high standard. Very pleased.

Both the cleaners left a perfect finish until we were happy with it. Deep clean was excellent.

The cleaners were punctual, professional and friendly. For a deep clean, I think the corners of the ceilings should be done to get rid of any cobwebs. My husband & I still found cobwebs and dead spiders in corners and in some of the cupboards (it's a new house). In addition, the external porch door frame should be wiped down considering it is glass. Overall the rest of the house was done nicely.

Really great clean with Nicole and Marius, they were very thorough for our post renovation deep clean. The communication before and during the clean was also really good.

The best cleaning service I've ever used. It sounds strange but most companies don't seem overly fussed to truly deep clean and Hello Services went above and beyond in their efforts.
